    Ride was okay. Driver was about 15 minutes late to pick us up for the airport and also showed up in a small car. We booked a ride for 2 adults and a child. Suitcases didn't fit in the back so one large suitcase had to be in the backseat along with 2 people.

While a standard vehicle typically accommodates two adults, a child, and their luggage, it would have been helpful to receive advance notice regarding the size of your suitcases to ensure we could make the appropriate arrangements. Additionally, we’d like to note that your service was requested from a hotel outside the area covered by the rate you selected, which is limited to city hotels and does not include beach resorts. However, we were happy to accommodate your request without any additional charges, as we always strive to provide the best possible service for our guests.     I was surprised that I didn't see someone holding a sign with name on it when I arrived. As I looked for the Viator information, a gentleman (Jose) called my name and he said he was to search and find out my flight had been delayed. Jose was very knowledgeable of all things I inquired about such as: Places Expats live Places to eat Customs that differ from the US Helpfuk words in Spanish during my travel. Places to shop/tour Old Panama City Healthcare Thanks Jose for a great and safe transfer.

    you service sucs. would never recommend you to anyone you guys canceled the transportation while i was in the plane. this was the 2 nd cancellation. horrible service
