Meeting points by airline Terminal 2 – Gate P-17 (customs exit) For passengers arriving on flights of : Copa Airlines KLM Air France United Airlines Terminal 1 – Gate P - 04 (customs exit) For passengers arriving on flights of all other airlines. Flight monitoring and waiting schedule We monitor the arrival time of your flight to coordinate pickup correctly. Our driver will be attentive to any changes or delays to the flight to guarantee your transfer. When leaving the migration and customs area, please be vigilant to staff identified with the agency logo. Important Information about the Airport Pick-Up Point ✅ Tour pick-up service can be provided directly from Tocumen International Airport (PTY), upon request at the time of booking. ✅ This service is available to passengers whose final destination is within the central area of Panama City, covering hotels in areas such as:— Marbella — El Cangrejo — Obarrio — Paitilla — Avenida Balboa — Casco Viejo If your destination is within this area, airport pickup is included in the tour price (if you pre-contract). For passengers wishing to be transferred from the airport to destinations outside the central area of the city, such as:— Bonita Beach — Gamboa — Outlying Areas An additional charge of USD 20.00 per passenger will apply, which must be paid before the start of the tour or transfer. This charge covers the additional transportation costs to reach these farthest areas. Recommendation To expedite your experience, we recommend confirming in advance whether your hotel is located within the included pickup area or if the additional charge is applicable. If you prefer, you can also choose to move directly to a meeting point in the city center, which we will indicate in due course. If you want more details about your pickup from the airport or confirm your exact point, please feel free to contact us.

This was a good choice. It was so good to exit the airport and see your name printed with your ride already waiting. The vehicle was big and spacious and we drove comfortably with air conditioning. Our driver got us to our destination safely and especially quick.

The driver was extremely patient with us in how long it took to get out of the airport after landing. We were meet at the airport exit with our name on the sign. Not sure of our drivers name but he drove safely and was very funny.

Booked this as we prefer to take private transport to and from the airport when we go to a new country. The gentleman who picked us up was very nice and was driving a minibus. But the seatbelts didn’t work and the dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree.
For the return trip however, we were picked up in a tiny car. The trunk would only fit our checked bags so our carryons had to be stacked in the front seat and we had to hold our backpacks in our laps. It was a very uncomfortable ride and we feel we would have been better off just taking an Uber.

For the arrival transfer, a bus was assigned. During this service, the dashboard warning lights were caused by a technical issue related to a fuse. We apologize for this inconvenience and would like to confirm that the issue has already been reviewed and resolved.
For the return transfer, as the reservation was for two passengers, a sedan vehicle was assigned, which is normally sufficient for this number of travelers. Vehicle assignments are based on the number of passengers confirmed in the booking. In cases where extra or oversized luggage is being transported, it is important to inform us in advance so we can arrange a larger vehicle and apply the corresponding costs for special requests.
We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and enhance the passenger experience.

Transportation arrived on time and was visible upon airport pickup and was early on the return trip from the hotel.
PROBLEM....the car was overwhelming with air fresheners it was horrible for us. Passengers allergies and medical conditions should be considered before using several overpowering air fresheners in the car. It was terrible this appears to be a problem throughout PANAMA, because this was not the only time we experienced this while riding in transportation. I do not recommend having to hang your head outside the window of the car just to be able to ride to your destination.

Booked travel for my family of 12. I put in my hotel upon booking and was confirmed via whatapp the next day. Only while already on my flight did I get a text saying my hotel was outside the city center and they would have to charge me additional fees. It sounded like a scam but I we already landed with a large group so I was left with no choice but to still use them. I'll give them a little leeway since I did book last minute but first thing they should have done before texting the confirmation was check the destination.
They did text saying the driver was there. The airport lost a bag and the driver did wait an hour for us to resolve the issue. The bus was a little dated but decent and the A/C was good. Extremely disappointed with how they do business but appreciative of the driver's patience and getting us to our destination.

It is important to note that not all hotels are located within the urban area of Panama City. Specifically, for hotels located in Playa Bonita, the platform clearly states that the reserved service does not apply to that area and that a different booking code is required for transfers to or from this location. This information is also detailed in the confirmation voucher sent after completing the reservation.
According to our records, your request was submitted on August 2nd, and we provided a response on August 3rd at 12:56 p.m., within our established response period and prior to your flight’s arrival, which was scheduled for August 4th. Your reservation was also scheduled to begin on August 4th at 2:00 p.m., and we were not informed that you would be arriving a day earlier, which would have required separate coordination.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused. However, we believe it is important to clarify that using terms such as “scam” does not accurately reflect the facts, as the service coverage details were clearly provided both before and after the booking was made.
That said, we truly appreciate your kind words about the attention received from our team. We are pleased to know that our staff provided quality service, as customer care and satisfaction are always our top priority.

They did give us another car right away.

First of all, thank you very much for your comment. We apologize since the vehicles are assigned per person and in your case there were two, it was not understood that it was a wheelchair. In these cases, other vehicles are used, so they maintain additional costs.
Since it was our responsibility not to have seen your observation, you were not charged, and a solution was immediately given to locate another vehicle for your transfer.
