Leroy was our driver. He was very patient as we had to wait for one family member whose flight was about 20 mins behind schedule. Leroy was very professional, kind and courteous... His vehicle was nice and clean as well.

The driver was extremely late picking us up and the instructions to meet him was not clear.
After a long day it was frustrating trying to locate him.

We would like to kindly clarify that at the time of the reservation, we only received the information for your departure flight, but not your arrival flight details. We did send a message in advance requesting the missing information; however, we did not receive a response.
Even so, we were able to quickly resolve the situation and assist you without any inconvenience. Our company has a 5 star rating for punctuality and service, and we truly regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

Our driver, Filipp, was on time for our pick up from the hotel. He had provided our ride from airport to hotel when we arrived in Panama City, so of course, he remembered us. His English was great, he was informative and answered questions we had about the city & restaursnts, and he handled all our luggage. I would highly recommend Filipp as a dependable and friendly driver!

We weren't sure how we were supposed to find our driver after we picked up our luggage. He was waiting for us and was holding a sign with my husband's name in it. Our driver was grest- he was polite, helpful, and very informative about attractions & restaurants in the area of our hotel.

Was not greeted at the airport by the driver. No sign no car. Found a helpful airport employee to call the shuttle company. They said driver is on the way. In the mean time another driver from Panama Shuttle was looking for his customer and was not helpful at all. The airport employee was able to get us a taxi that accepted our shuttle voucher. Not sure if that was arranged by the other shuttle driver or not, but we finally made to our hotel, and are ready to enjoy our time in Panama.

Our driver, Fillip, was excellent in every way. We had very early flights (2 and 3 am!) both in and out of Panama City. Fillip fulfilled every expectation! He was at the airport when we arrived. He was helpful and informative as well as an excellent driver. Highly recommend!

I booked Shuttle Panama via Viator. This was the best decision for my group and I. Filippe was the BEST. Very attentive and helpful. Shuttle Panama provided roundtrip transportation for us from and to the airport. We also booked Shuttle Panama for the tour of the city, as well as the San Blas boat ride excursion.

The travel to and from airport was very convenient. Fillippe was very friendly and knowledgeable about Panama. He waited over 40 mins as our flight was delayed. Highly recommend the service.

Fillipe, was wonderful. He waited for my father and I even when our flight was delayed and was still there when we got through customs. Our ride was so smooth and he even suggested things for us to see and great restaurants to try during our stay. We will definitely request him again.

We were a large group of 18 adults who arrived on time but due to extensive damage to a mobility scooter by the airline, 4 of us were significantly delayed in being able to leave on time. The driver was very accommodating in waiting for us to file a damage report.
They were professional and helpful.
Would highly recommend them.
