The tapestry of Sicilian wine woven into a wonderfully evening

Our guide was amazing. He had deep knowledge of the history of Sicily, the food pairings and of course the wine. He was able to weave everything together into a compelling adventure. There were no Oenophiles in our group to probe the depths of our guides knowledge but I am confident he could address the nuances of his wine selection. The setting was also beautiful, tucked away in a local wine shop/eatery. Overall a fantastic experience.

Giorgio was superb. Despite some confusion about the meetup time, the actual experience was outstanding—one of the best we have done. He is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about the subject and personable. The venue was quite nice and the selection of wine and cheeses did not disappoint. I learned a lot.
