We enjoyed this food tour better than the one we did in Naples. The food was spot on, the wine and beer really good and our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the city in a short time. We had our mom with a wheelchair and it was totally fine - streets & sidewalks were accessible (mostly).

Annalisa was an awesome tour guide and took us to wonderful stop. She was super friendly and awesome to hang out with. She taught us so much about the city and her hospitality was amazing.

Poor experience

We had booked a food walking tour but my roommate got sick and we could not go. We contacted the tour guide and asked for a refund or to reschedule since we were going to another city in a couple days. He said to contact the company and the company said to contact the tour director. Total runaround. Not good PR.

Dear Peggy, We feel very saddened to see such review. You contacted our guide Carlo at 18.35 (when the tour started at 18.30) saying that one of you is sick and that you wouldn't have come. We did not receive a request from you to reschedule but only to receive a full refund. We refused that request as the guide was paid for you, food was booked for you, commissions and fees were paid for the booking. We would have nonetheless tried to help by hosting you another day, but we only received a full refund request from you... We don't know if customer service didn't forward us the rescheduling request though. Please understand that asking for refunds past the starting time (so, well outside the Cancellation Policy on Viator) is impossible for us. Which we explained to you in the refund response. We try to be as comprehensive as possible towards clients when they have inconveniences but the conditions (including the fact that we postponed the start of the tour to wait for you before you messaged our guide) didn't allow us to consider a refund. I hope this explains better the situation to you. Kind regards.
