Poorest Viator event I have ever been to.

This was just pathetic. Hardly anyone showed up and there were no local Japanese that attended. I am requesting a refund!

Thank you very much for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry that the event on May 3rd did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify: there were about 30 participants at the event. However, due to Japan’s Golden Week holiday—a rare 11-day break this year—many local Japanese were traveling, and indeed, the number of Japanese attendees was lower than usual. On regular weekends, our events typically host many Japanese participants, and we regret that this particular timing affected your experience. We sincerely apologize for not being able to deliver the cultural exchange you were hoping for.
