Khalid is from North Africa and has been in Osaka for 7 years. He is married to a Japanese woman and speaks excellent Japanese. He really knows Japan and Osaka but maintains a certain outsider perspective which we found really invaluable. He helped us design our itinerary and was very friendly in addition to knowledgeable, with fabulous English skills to boot. One of the highlights was taking us to a small bar which is basically just a lunch counter but they had a single microphone for karaoke. He knew it was a spot for Korean tourists and it was a hoot. Almost made me feel like a local.

I got to experience a lot of Osaka in a day! Everything from cherry blossoms, to temples, subways, food and a highrise observation deck.

We had terrible weather which is obviously outside your control. Our guide had planned what appeared to be a nice itinerary which sadly we weren’t able to follow due to weather.
We went up to the topmost he highest building in Osaka but views were non existent. Again due to weather. We had to pay for our admission as well as that of the guide. Had to repay her cost of metro and purchase her lunch. This was unexpected and have never had to do so on any previous tour. Hence the lower rating. She did take us to the Dontonbori district.

Our tour guide was Rinrin and she was awesome. She normally does food tours which was perfect for us because we love to eat. She kept conversation going and was very knowledgeable. We spent our day at Dotonburi. Highly recommended area for your Osaka visit.

Ce n'est pas ma première fois avec viator ...mais la plus que déçue!! Andrew ne savait répondre à rien, il devait parler français mais en fait pas du tout, il nous parlait anglais. Quand on paye pour une chose ce serait bien qu'on l'ai...je vais demander un remboursement en rentrant en France.
