Ryusho is an amazing artist and teacher. He took his time explaining Japanese calligraphy and worked with us as a group and then individually to produce a wonderful keepsake to take home. This was a truly wonderful experience. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful Japanese calligraphy experience!

Ryusho is an amazing calligraphy performer and an experienced teacher! First he explained about letters, calligraphy, and tools. Then he taught us how to write one stroke at a time with a brush and we practiced writing. Then he let us choose the kanji we wanted to write. He held the brush with each of us one by one and helped us to write so that the participants could write well. He also gave us frames to display our works at the end of the workshop. I showed off to my familyl and displayed it in my room! It was a very satisfying and fantastic experience. I highly recommend this experience.

Tolle Erfahrung mit selbst angefertigten Souvenir für daheim :)

Wir hatten ja eine richtig tolle Zeit! Zuerst haben wir eine Einführung in die Schriftsprache bekommen. Es folgten ein paar Übungen zu sehen, verschiedenen Strichen, horizontal, diagonal und so weiter. Dann durften wir uns unser eigenes Kanji aussuchen. Nach dem wir dieses Gefühl hatten, durften wir es auf eine richtige Platte übertragen, die wir dann signieren und auch mit nach Hause nehmen durften. Zwischendurch gab es einen Tee und eine super leckere Kirschblüten-Süßigkeit. Der Kurs ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen! Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und konnten tolle Einblicke gewinnen! Unser Lehrer Ryusho hat sich gut vorbereitet und hat selbst auch schon über 27 Jahre Erfahrung! Er war geduldig und wollte, dass wir etwas lernen. Danke für die tolle Erfahrung!
