Extortion company - Do not use them

Our train was late (not our fault) and they forced us to pay extra 40€ to them so they drive us. They use extortion with their clients, do not ever hire them. This extra cost was not on the terms and conditions of the service while we reserved them. We obviously had to pay them given that we already gave them the 200€ beforehand to reserve the service. The driver kept using his phone to write messages and take calls while driving, I felt very unsafe all the time. I would never use their services again.

I am sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our driver. We pride ourselves on offering excellent service and our record of five star reviews is a testament to that. I understand that it was frustrating that your train was almost 2 hours late which is not something that anyone could predict, but as you can imagine, we cannot hold a driver for two hours. We did Offer to hold your ride for an additional $40, which you accepted. Even with that we lost money as we had to give away other rides that were already Prearranged. I suspect from your review that this surplus charge is what has made you most upset. Most would understand, I believe that this is a reasonable extra charge considering the circumstances, particularly in this very busy season. The cost of transportation seemed high because we are both lucky enough to have Viator as a connecting bridge and almost a third of the money is deserved by them. Again we continue to make it our goal for our clients to always receive excellent service and above all to enjoy their time on the beautiful amalfi coast!
