Pompeii is a great walk through history. Vesuvius was worth the hike! Remarkable views. We also had a nice lunch on the way back to Naples.

Would have preferred going to Mt. Vesuvius first for the reasons specified above.

Pompeii was an impressive historical site definitely worth visiting. Mt. Vesuvius was also inspiring but the climb was awfully steep and there was no mention, that I can recall, about it being a challenging hike and not walk. Scheduling lunch, especially those of us who had wine, right before going to Mt. Vesuvius was not the smartest thing to do.

As a tour operator we have shown all clarity and maximum availability towards you as well as towards all customers, also helping you to fulfill your desire to see Herculaneum, we are really the maximum of availability, so if you had doubt about the excursion we certainly helped her to clarify the points that perhaps were not clear to her (even if everything concerning the tour is indicated in the product description). Regarding the wine issue, as you can see this tour gives you two choices for lunch and when you booked she chose the option with wine tasting but there was also the pizza lunch, so if you didn't want to drink wine you could quietly choose the other option. Finally, on any volcano you go to in the world, you will certainly never be able to get there by car or bus, you will always have to walk a part of it and so it is also for our Vesuvius. Totaler Reinfall. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Zuerst ließ man uns am vereinbarten Abholort 30 Minuten warten. Okay! Dann sind wir zu Pompeji gefahren, das war ein tolles Erlebnis und musste man gesehen haben, wenn man in dieser Gegend ist. Nach unserer Führung durch Pompeji wurde uns mitgeteilt, das wir nun zuerst zum Vesuv gehen und danach Mittagessen und wir haben nun 20 Minuten Zeit um auf die Toilette zu gehen und um eine Kleinigkeit zum essen. Okay, wir hatten ein Kind und ein Baby dabei und 20 Minuten waren ziemlich knapp und bei dem Andrang der vielen Menschen kaum zu meistern - wir hatten Stress und waren darauf nicht vorbereitet! Nach den 20 Minuten wieder am Treffpunkt, wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir nun doch erst zum Mittagessen gehen würden und dann zum Vesuv. Okay, für was den Stress? Gerne hätten wir noch Souvenirs gekauft, hatten aber leider keine Zeit. Mittagessen war sehr gesellig und gut organisiert, ein Softdrink, Wasser oder Bier dürfte man wählen, als Pizza gab es Pizza Margaritha. Nach dem Mittagessen ging es zum Vesuv... leider nur auf den Parkplatz. Nach kurzem warten im Bus, fuhr der Bus wieder den Berg runter und es wurde uns mitgeteilt das sie keine gültigen Eintrittskarten für den Vesuv vorliegen haben und sie können auch keine neuen kaufen, weil man eine Reisegruppe, 1 Woche vorher anmelden musste! Als Alternative wurde uns die Besichtigung des Archäologieparks Herkulaneum angeboten, das ähnlich wie Pompeji ist. Wir haben diese Alternative nicht in Anspruch genommen und haben das Eintrittsgeld von Vesuv zurück erhalten, die Busfahrt dorthin mussten wir aber bezahlen!

Guten Tag, es tut uns leid, was passiert ist. Wie Sie wissen, handelt es sich bei der gewählten Tour um ein gemeinsames Erlebnis, bei dem die Zeiten festgelegt und gut arrangiert sind, damit Sie alles sehen können, was Sie brauchen. Die Pausenzeiten werden durch ein genaues Programm festgelegt und ob Sie sich entscheiden, vor oder nach dem Mittagessen zum Vesuv zu fahren, hängt von der Anzahl der Gäste in der Gruppe und der Anwesenheit vor Ort ab. Was das Versäumnis betrifft, den Vesuv zu besuchen, kam die Mitteilung wahrscheinlich direkt nach unserer Ankunft auf dem Platz vom Observatorium oder von den Arbeitern vor Ort, die die Gruppe aus äußeren Gründen daran gehindert hatten, den Platz zu betreten, und von denen wir vor unserer Ankunft vor Ort nichts wussten. . Der Vesuv ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, der vielen geologischen und atmosphärischen Veränderungen unterliegt. Ich habe gelesen, dass das Ticket erstattet wurde. Die Tour verlief größtenteils reibungslos, sodass wir keinen Grund hatten, auch den anderen Teil der Reise zu erstatten.
