BIG RIPOFF!

Never got there Driver said ruins were closed Had no guide that I paid for Drove me around in car for an hour or so in the streets of Naples I asked for partial refund, Viator refused, third part tour operator lied and said I had a guide Big ripoff Will never book with Viator again They cheat their customers

Expected to be collected, have a tour guide or at least audio, provided with water, be there 4 hours. Instead we got taken by driver, left for 2hours collected and taken back to cruise ship. This was basically a taxi ride with nothing else included as per the detail of the tour description on your website!!! Upon complaint to the chat link I received a rude response which I can email if you want me to. We were very disappointed and felt financially ripped off

Dear customer In reply to your review, I reply that I am not offended as you can see el only in order I can understand since you booked last minute maybe you didn't read the tour well what you had included and what was not but what you didn't I understand as soon as you get out of the vehicle he offended my employee by calling him a lunatic and I haven't understood yet a person who has worked for more than 10 years of experience then the guide and indicated that he was not included in the tour she tried from the beginning to ticattarmi that if I did not return the money he would write a negative review and this is called extortion or blackmail and in this I can not be indifferent I can understand that a tour is not liked you can find a compromise but start with personal offenses and excuses to get back money this is not a good thing, I wish you a nice day
