Although the address seems to be in a residence apartment, the first two floors are all business. Chef was incredibly informative and friendly. We met two other couples, none of us knew each other but we shared this same interest, lots of laughs and of course the delicious food we made (Naples style pizza and tiramisu)! The instructions and recipe from Chef were easy to follow, and we look forward to making at home when we return. Chef taught us verbally and practically, so we could learn the techniques. He offered prosecco, wine, beer and of course water. Such a unique, fun activity to do as a visitor. Highly recommend!

It was a fun experience to learn the types of ingredients and techniques to make a pizza the italian way. The chef is speaks good english and is very easy to understand. He’s also very friendly and cheerful. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are included as part of the deal. My husband and I enjoyed it!

Our chef was friendly and a good teacher. We really enjoyed rolling up our sleeves and learning to create pizza dough from scratch. We also learned how to make tiramisu, which I expected to be difficult. At the end we get to eat our creations. What fun we had!

This was an amazing experience! Denisse was a great teacher, lots of stories, fun info and a she created a great atmosphere for the class. We learned to make incredible self serve tiramisu and pizzas, accompanied with wine and prosecco. She created a fun, welcoming environment for people of different ages and experiences levels to learn how to make traditional neopolitan pizza. A must do if visiting Milan! Easy to find, small class made it even more personal. This made our families trip to Europe even better, do not miss out!

We recently experienced Chef Francesco's Pizza and Tiramisu class while in Milan. Our group was composed of avid cooks to beginners and everyone had a wonderful time!
Chef Francesco has a very large, bright space set up for classes. The food was all prepped prior to our arrival so the time was well used learning techniques.
The best part, at the end, we all got to have a fabulous meal together, feasting on the delicious pizza and tiramisu we had just learned to make.

It was really nice! We have been in a group of 4 and there has been 12 other peoples. The atmossphere was relaxed and good and the service was excellent. We learned a lot and enjoyed our meal after cooking together
