This was advertised as a one hour Last Supper experience but 45 minutes was spent looking round the attached church. We had our allotted 15 minutes in the Last Supper but other than explaining why it was painted in the medium it was, there was no explanation of the mural.
That said, this was the only way we could get tickets to see it but it did not represent value for money.

Tour operator cancelled a guided tour day before because they could not provide a guide. I booked 6 months before for Last Supper Tour. The booking is extremely difficult to get and they should have provided a guide and allowed us to participate. The company also did not offer me a discount or free future Tour.

Dear customer, unfortunately the tour was canceled due to issues related to the Olympics and beyond our control. It wasn't pleasant to do so. However, I find it unfair to write this review, given that we gave the green light to a full refund. And if you want, you can certainly get a significant discount on your next booking whenever you like.

Our guide was superb and spoke excellent English. His explanations were knowledgeable and interesting. Da Vinci's Last Supper is more impressive than I anticipated and definitely worth seeing.

The tour guide was great and super knowledgeable. However, the experience felt over complicated at times and honestly a bit disorganized - really unacceptable considering the price. I just wanted to see the last supper but wound up walking through multiple buildings and ticket entries etc. We were left out in the rain multiple times in waiting for the whole group. These things happen, but it really should be for much smaller groups at least so it’s more doable and we can hear the whole time. The microphone only worked if she spoke directly into it which I imagine isn’t so comfortable but again, we were too many to be able to hear within normal earshot. The woman who greeted us was also not very friendly, and only held up the sign once I messaged her to ask where the group was, and when she did she looked at me like I was a burden. It felt like people just taking our money and going on a wild goose chase to see the thing we paid (a lot) to see. Especially when the church sells the tickets for €15.. again. Tour guide was kind and helped explain the story. But maybe in future, please don’t overcharge for this service - it’s not worth that fee. And to better the service, please minimize the groups to be much smaller, ensure the microphone works at all angles, stay with your group while they’re checking in, hold the sign clearly so people know right away where you are without having to ask, and keep to the last supper - the church is lovely as an afterthought if there’s time, but please don’t make people arrive unnecessarily early to do that as it felt like too much in the beginning and added to the complexity of an otherwise simple visit.

The tour is overpriced. Tour guide lacked enthusiasm, was rude and seemed disinterested. She attempt to engage with us at all. The headphones were poor quality making it hard to hear. The booking says there is a tour of the church (be mindful of the time you book, the church closes between 1-3p and you will not get a tour and it’s free anyway). Best bet is to try to book tickets in advance, you will save a lot of money. The museum has historical notes of The Last Supper, so you don’t necessarily need a guide to tell you the history. Giving two stars because the painting is 1-of-1, truly beautiful in person.

I felt it was too expensive and also a bit confusing with getting actual tocjets ,then having to validate them again. Foe that price, it should have been a guide for only one language group.

The last supper tickets were all sold out on its official website, so I used Viator to book to join a tour to see the painting. The check-in was a bit chaotic. Once you got to the place, you needed to ask round and find the right group as the place was used by many tours as a starting point (not just for the last supper). Highly recommend getting there at least a few mins early. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very knowledgeable guide, who’s ability to communicate a full informative experience was hampered by two last-minute add-on people who didn’t speak English, meaning she had to switch languages for portions of the tour.
We also had to wait about 15 minutes for the latecomers to arrive, (and promptly start complaining the tour was in English)meaning we could have spent more time in the facility and less time on the street waiting.
Very accomplished guide, very poorly run tour overall.

The guide struggled to speak English - I booked an english tour and it was mostly in Italian. The guide waffled on and did not show us the church then said the church is about to close lets go outside

The tour was a little haphazard. We visited the church first of all but had to leave after about 10minutes as it was closing. Our guide then took us outside and we just stood in the plaza while she talked about The Last Supper. Her English wasn’t easy to understand and there was virtually no eye contact with any of the group. The Last Supper itself was quite remarkable and not to be missed but I think we would have been better off just booking tickets directly.

The Last Supper was Breathtaking!
However, whilst the booking was for An English guide, it turned out to be An Italian / English guided tour. SO the flow of the tour was Broken up and disappointing and more was said in Italian esp in front of the last supper. At one point, the guide asked in English if she had just spoken in Italian or English!!
