We got lost and couldn’t find our tour. We started asking for help at 9:45AM through the Viatour app, but got no response. The tour leader said she tried to call me, but I have no record of that in my phone log. At 10:02 AM I got a message that that we had missed our tour.
My advice: Do not book with these people. If you have trouble finding the location you’ll get no help.

The guide was not at the meeting point, tickets would not download and I was unable to contact anyone via the live chat for help on vistar because the request kept saying that the email format was incorrect. Kind of ruined the morning.

Organized tour, good headsets. Our guide was a lovely young woman but it was hard to understand her. Well intentioned but most of us resorted to reading the English signs. Sorry

Carlos was very professional and added humor to his tour. The palace tour is a must. It is so beautiful. Although I would have liked to stay and see things for an extended time, I’d much rather hear of the historical detail than look at something beautiful with no idea what I’m looking at. Free audio guides aren’t the same as a live tour guide. Also the skip the line tickets were great.

Lydia (Lidia?) from IBE speaks great English and was so easy to understand. It makes such a difference in how much you get out of the experience when your guide is not stumbling over words or changing “him” to “her” or “he” to “she”. To make it even better, she was so well-versed in the history of the palace, of the art work and the history of the kings and Queens of Spain that she was able to expand our knowledge. She answered all our questions, very thoughtfully & thoroughly. I’ve been to the Royal Palace several times over the years and cannot remember a better tour!
