Our driver was safe, communicative, and very helpful with our luggage and things. He texted us to let us know he was waiting for us. After arriving he waited for us to file a claim for a lost luggage.

I can easily spot the operator once I got all my luggage out of the carousel and he help me carry to another floor area in parking area. The person was nice and friendly.

This worked out perfectly one a rainy and cold day. The driver was waiting with a sign that displayed my name. He took my bag and we walked to the car. The car was a very nice Mercedes. The car was very clean and spacious. Well, worth the money.

When you exit the baggage claim you’re still on the inside of MAD. That’s where your driver awaits. No hassles after figuring that out. 45 minutes later we were in Madrid city center. Quick and efficient.

We had to call to find out where the driver was as we were first at one of the two possible meeting points. During our call, we saw the driver. The driver was okay but did not seem very friendly.

Ruben was the kindest and the most helpful. My flight was delayed and I got stuck at passport control and he still waited and gave me updates. He also was a great tour guide! The whole ride to the hotel he gave me recommendations and history notes on the locations we passed on the way to the hotel. Will book again!
