Virginia, our driver, showed up on time. She was wonderful. Even though our street was blocked off by a large truck, she parked her van, walked to our AirB&B to get us and even carried some of our luggage (despite my protests).
The van was clean and in excellent condition. The ride to the airport was fast and she helped us with our luggage curbside.

Daniel was excellent. Stayed in contact the entire time. Pickup leaving the airport was a little confusing but he happily walked us through where to meet him via FaceTime. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again.

I do NOT recommend booking through Viator for airport pickup! The 24 hour cancellation applies even if the provider doesn’t have any drivers available when your flight is delayed. AND Viator will not apply that payment to another provider. Our flight was delayed with mechanical problems for 10 hours. I notified the provider when we were deplaned that there was a delay and I had no idea how long it would be. I also notified Viator at providers request. When we were told to board, flight was back on, as soon as I knew what the arrival time would be, I called Viator customer service. It sounded like she worked from home - very noisy background with people coming and going. She contacted provider and discovered they had no drivers available at that time. I was told I would not get a refund because cancelled within 24 hours of original time. I did not cancel - the provider did. Would not allow me to use the funds toward another provider. It took about 10 minutes if her searching for another provider (while I am now sitting on the plane about to have to hang up) when it became clear she was searching for providers to take me to the airport instead of picking me up!
If use Viator, realize that if all goes well - great! If you encounter flight problems, you could very well lose your money and pickup service like I did.

In situations like this, it’s important to clarify that airport transfer services operate on pre-scheduled assignments, with drivers and vehicles allocated in advance. While we always monitor flights and do our best to accommodate delays, extended delays—such as 10 hours—unfortunately go beyond what can realistically be managed. After a certain point (typically around 2–3 hours), drivers are no longer available, as they must continue with other scheduled services.
Regarding the cancellation policy, bookings are subject to the conditions agreed at the time of reservation. As resources are reserved specifically for the original pickup time, last-minute changes caused by significant delays may fall outside the scope of service availability.
We fully understand how inconvenient this situation is, especially as it was beyond your control, and we truly regret that we were unable to provide the service under those circumstances.

It was a very good experience and driver was great. Picked us on time and vehicle was big. Constant communication with the company. Need to let us know they would be picking us up right when you come out of the baggage claim area.

The organization of this transport service was excellent. Several hours before our pickup time we got asked the number of people and suitcases with their sizes in order to fit everything in the car without any issues. The driver was really polite and maintained contact via WhatsApp when we arrived in the airport to meet him. Highly recommend!

The taxi company was extremely helpful and communicative. They confirmed all of my flight information well ahead of my trip. Connecting with them upon arrival to Madrid was easy. The driver was very polite and drove with caution in a very congested traffic in Madrid. He gave us a few pointers for places to see and foods to eat. He was also at the airport on time, as promised.

No Show. Claimed they were @ the pickup point but they were not. Got a call saying the driver was there AFTER we were in a Taxi.

I had booked a driver to meet us at the Madrid airport because my teens and I would have flown 28 hours and we’d be tired.
We were held up because one suitcase took a long time and the driver left. I said I would pay more to account for his waiting time, but he’d already left.
So I asked for a refund, they said no.
I tried to compromise and ask for 50% refund and never heard from them again.
I figured their insurance would cover these things and am disappointed they didn’t entertain the idea of a refund. I get it that the luggage wasn’t their problem, but they had sent their driver to wait too early in my opinion (10 mins after landing time), which makes me wonder if they do that on purpose to get the $$.
I ended up getting the nicest taxi driver ever, and realised that the trip I had booked and wasn’t refunded for was $30 more than the actual taxi fare cost.
Don’t bother booking a car service. The taxis are well run, plentiful and cheaper.

Taxi company tried to rip me off for 16 euro. I paid Viator for 4 bags of luggage and for 4 passengers. Taxi company wanted 16 euros for my luggage. I only had 4 bags (2 for me and 2 for my wife). I reported it to Viator.

Horrible experience the Madrid airport has horrible wheelchair service and my Husband has neurological condition and needs help in the airport the was company unwilling to let pay them to wait . Also they did not offer a solution or refund. Taxis are only $30 Eruos to the city center anyways .

Juan Manuel communicated where he would meet us. We exchanged our location-getting through security, gathering our luggage, and exiting the arrivals hall. He was only 2 minutes away when we exited the airport. He parked and loaded all of luggage. He gave us a lots of information about the areas we drove through. Would gladly ride with him again.

Not happy at all. We booked well inadvance, but we got delayed at the airport due to unavailability of wheelchair for my wife. The vendor threatened to cancel the ride and forced to pay us an additional 30 euros for the delay.
