Extensive Half-Day Tour!

My two sons and I had an amazing time exploring the island with Paolo! Have a true local navigating the island allowed us to maximize our half-day tour. Even though we were upset we picked a rainy day for this tour, we detoured from visiting the coastal viewpoints and instead spent more time inland at places like Fanal Forest. If and when we return to the island we would definitely do a full-day tour with Paolo to give ourselves more time at each place. Highly recommend!

This exceeded our expectations. We saw so many places on our list. Luckily the weather worked out - the forecast was rain, but the weather was beautiful. We saw: Camara de Lobos (city of monk seals), Cabo Gerão, Sao vicente, Seixal, Porto Moniz, Ribeira da Janela, and the Fanal forest. We stopped for photos in many places: waterfalls, volcanic rock formations, lava pools, black beach, and others. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked for the next day to see different spots around Madeira.
