Alessandra was a passionate storyteller in sharing the history of tea and how it’s made was very interesting. We enjoyed tasting all the teas and learning how they are grown and produced. This was a memorable experience even if you’re not a tea drinker. However I am and now love it more!

Wonderfully informative not only about the history of Twinings but also of tea processing in general. The teas were wonderful and the selection is out of this world. My husband and I learned so many interesting facts and history and got to try delicious tea in the process.

Alessandra is unbelievably knowledgable. There's not a question she cannot answer about teas! I was the only one signed up for the tour, but she was just as dedicated to giving me a good experience, and it showed. She's easy to get along with and I learned so much from her!

Very exclusive and unique experience! The masterclass was in the basement at a chic and clean bar, together as a group of six. We got taught about the origin and history of tea, then tried six different sorts of tea and talked about it. We learnt a lot - really recommendable, if you are interested in tea.

The history of tea is so interesting! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up for this but I’m so glad I did. I learned so much about the history of tea and tried a nice variety, some of which I had never had. Time wise it was perfect. Long enough for a great experience, but not so long that it felt drawn out. The instructor really knew her tea and had a passion for it.

Wonderful experience! The tea master was so knowledgeable and shared so much information in an easily understandable and approachable way. The teas we got to try were varied and so tasty. This was definitely worth it in my opinion and would highly recommend.

The tea class was quite informative and interactive. After learning about tea, we were given six samples to try. While we tried the samples, we were asked to describe what we were tasting. We were given some examples of words we could use to describe the tea. Excellent class overall

The lady who took the masterclass Rosie was very knowledgeable about the history of the tea origins and she made it funny too. I enjoyed tasting teas that I had never heard of. My fiancé absolutely loved it as I got it for him as part of his birthday present.

Class was educational, exciting & fun! Absolutely, loved it! Rosie was cheerful, interactive & funny. Came to class with zero knowledge about teas & the Twinning brand. Left, with an understanding of the brand history & their tea quality. Also, with a better appreciation for the appearance, aroma, flavour, mouthfeel & aftertaste of tea. Now, it will not just be drinking tea. The awaken senses would make it an overall experience!

Great chance to learn about the history of tea, how different types of tea are harvested, and where, and of course to learn about the various flavors and how to best brew these. Tea is complicated and interesting. This is a unique opportunity from one of the most important historical providers of tea in the western world. Really interesting!
