I loved this walking tour! We only had one full day in London before heading to another country and we were able to see so much in a short time. Louis was so knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. It was a lovely afternoon!

Tour guide arrived injured unfortunately and was unable to carry out the tour. He said to submit for a refund and would make sure I received it. Vox City rejected the refund and claimed the the tour was “carried out.”

Great historical walking tour of London! Our guide, Freya, was excellent and shared lots of interesting facts with us. We got to see the changing of the horse guards at Whitehall. Highly recommend this tour.

Was in London for 48hrs and wanted a chance to get to see everything you would typically associate with London. With this tour I was able to do just that! Freya was a very knowledgeable guide and had the answers to all our questions! She even took some perfect photos of us at all the stops.

We did not get to meet the tour guide so had to do the tour ourselves. Tried to contact the tour provider but did not get any support.

This was a terrific tour to give us a lay of the land in London and interesting information about different royal and historical locations. Freya was terrific - she kept the whole group engaged and got us to the changing of the horses at the perfect time. This was our last day in London and I wish we’d done it the first day!

We did the walking tour with Freya and it was great! She is so knowledgeable on London history, including some things I had never heard before. The tour itself hit all the main highlights and was timed well so that we could spend a good amount of time at each location. Would 100% recommend doing a tour with Freya!

This was an excellent way to spend 2 hours for our first day
in London. We were a group of 6 (ideal size) and Freya was a wonderful guide. She was easy to listen to, very understandable, engaging, and welcomed all our questions. Freya was an incredible tour guide for our London Landmarks Tour! No one else in the tour group showed up due to the bad weather. Despite the downpour of rain, Freya led our tour with a smile and great attitude. She personalized the tour for us and was happy to answer our questions, share stories about the sights, and was accommodating in taking our photos along the way. They NEVER contacted me about where to meet. When i tried calling them to advise we’d be late, the phone that’s on Viator is disconnected. Had to call Viator to get them to get in touch with tour guide who then provided the info too late and the group had gone. Then Viator refused to refund me the tickets. If you had good luck with this company good for you but I’ve never had a company NOT contact me either the day before or days prior and tell me where they’d be besides a crowded square.

Louis (or Lewis?) was a very personable and enthusiastic/knowledgeable guide. We had a small group of 4 of us so it was great. We got to ask all kinds of questions about things as we went along. It was the perfect length for us older folk-2ish hrs as there is a considerable amount of walking. Perfect intro to some of the major sights of London, a little explanation of how the English Parliament works, lots of historical facts, explanations of further explorations we might want to do at various museums, the theatre district, nightlife etc.
