Excellent, A+++++ tour with great pre-tour communication and follow-up. Everything was well organized and punctual. Great tour. Richard the guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Loved the little witty comments.
The tour was a good length and enjoyed seeing the building where the rooftop gig took place (3 Saville Row) and the famous Abbey Road crossing.
Will be looking into purchasing Richards Beatles books.

If you are interested more than the Beatles, then is the Tour for you. Richard does a superb job of sharing Beatles history. However, Richard also intertwines pop culture and music history. Great tour!

Really great walking tour. Lot of knowledge of the Beatles and Richard took us around great spots in Soho, Carnaby St, Piccadilly Arcade and of course Abby Road. Richard is a great story teller. Even though it rained, we still had a great time.

We had a great time on the tour and saw lots of Beatles history. Richard was a fabulous guide and shared many personal experiences he has had with the Beatles. We even bought his excellent book at the coffee shop at the end of the tour. Highly recommend!

The Guide was very knowledgeable and I can strongly recommend the tour.
Many interesting details and anecdotes.
However the last part witch included travel with underground to the Abby road crossing was not so good.
Everyone rushed to the train but I and the kids has no knowlege about London underground.
Things went to chaos in 2 secounds. me on the inside the gate and the kids on the outside. they could not get inside, I could not get out and the guide and tour dissapered

Our guide, Richard, was very knowledgeable. He did a great job of making sure that the tour stayed together and that his presentation was loud enough for everyone to hear! You shared great insight.
Additionally, the tour showed us very many nice neighborhoods of London that we might have missed otherwise.

I contacted the tour operator twice by Email telling him I use a cane and I’m pretty slow walking. He assured me that would not be a problem that the whole group will walk slow. I was also told that the group only moves as fast as the slowest member. He never waited till we caught up with the group to start talking. I don’t think the tour operator even knew that we had to drop out before getting to Abbey Road. It was heartbreaking.

I'm sorry the tour didn't meet your expectations. I tried to walk as slow as possible on the tour - and waited for you at each stopping point and road junction. I did indeed realised you had dropped out and did pause the group so I could try to find you, but had no joy. Unfortunately you came on the busiest tour of the year, and I regret I couldn't be of more help.
