Your driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 40 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. For International flights, our driver will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point located immediately after the customs exit, 40 minutes after flight lands. The driver will then wait a further 50 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control. That is a total of 90 minutes after the flight has landed. If waiting time exceeds 90 minutes the additional car park cost is payable in cash to the driver at the end of your transfer. The Best Meeting Point to Meet the driver at Heathrow airport terminals, Terminal 2, in front of WHSmith Store. Terminal 3, in front of (M&S) Mark & Spencer Food Store. Terminal 4 & 5 in front of Costa Coffee Store.

Transport from Airport to Hotel

Nice comfortable transport. The driver was ready and looking for us. Our name was written on an erasable board, but it would’ve been nicer seeing it typed-out or on a tablet like other drivers waiting at their pickup points.

Terrible service

Driver showed up 45 min late. Vehicle was a broken down van. Driver proceeded to put on headphones and watch TikTok videos while half paying attention to the road. Worst drive and driver ever. Very disappointed that Viator is representing this as a private driver experience

The driver that picked you up was not late as we only go into the airport terminal 45 minutes after your flight arrival time as this is stated on your booking voucher. On this occasion, it looks like you went through customs and passport quicker than normal. Regarding the vehicle, the vehicle that was allocated was a brand-new vehicle. The vehicle is fitted with a tracker and CCTV cameras which record the driver driving and I can assure you the driver was not using headphones and watching TikTok, as this would not be safe and professional.

Our driver met us as we walked out the arrivals and customs door. He was holding a sign with my name and was extremely professional. We were driven to our hotel in a beautiful BMW M Sedan. Their prices are higher than most car services. Overall, it was a pleasant experience after a long flight into London!

Our flight arrived a bit early so we had to reach out to the company, but they promptly responded that the driver was nearby. After just a brief delay, he was able to meet us and get on our way. He was very kind and safe (I believe his name was Jaof?) which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend having a driver for the 40-60 min drive into London, especially if you have several bags so as not to worry about the tube and managing them.

Driver was right there on time waiting for us. I was really wondering on the flight across the ocean....because last minute change to different airline...when they indicate "we monitor the flight" THEY REALLY DO! Helped with the luggage .....friendly.. and even helped carry the luggage up the street to the hotel. Great service!

Outsourced to a very dodgy company. Even asked to use my own phone and GPS to direct driver. 4 adults +luggage +carry on and a small Toyota turned up. We had to nurse half our luggage on the 1 hour trip from the airport. Absolutely disgraceful

Thank you for your feedback, we will look into this matter and see what happened on the journey from the airport to London. From our additional report it does look like we use a subcontractor as the driver that we originally allocated for the service was heavily delayed due to a major incident on the motorway.

Problems meeting at airport—I would try a different service

My driver was nowhere to be found when I emerged from customs. That was understandable as my trip through Heathrow was much faster than expected. When I called the car service, I told them I was standing in front of the flower bouquets at Marks and Spencer. Do Not Move! I was told. Almost half an hour later, the driver found me and told me he had been standing for 15 minutes in front of W.H.Smith, which he insisted was the right spot. I was also surprised at how casually the driver was dressed (jeans, open-neck shirt with the tail hanging out). Usually drivers from car services are more formally dressed. The car was clean and the ride was uneventful, but all in all, I will try another service next time.

Thank you for your feedback we will look into this reservation and see what went wrong as a company we do not require that our drivers wear suits and ties, but will speak to the driver regarding his choice of wear. The main meeting spot in terminal 3 is in front of the WHSmith shop. Possibly there was a delay in communicating with the driver from your initial call to direct him to Marks & Spencer. for that we take full responsibility.

Thank you for your review I remember this service as I was on duty that day. As stated on your booking confirmation letter the driver will only go into the terminal 45 minutes after landing your flight arrived 55 minutes early, and you were through passport and customs control within 35 minutes this is amazing, as that same day we had passengers waiting for they luggage for over two hours as the conveyor belts were not working, from the initial call to the office the driver, met you in the terminal within 20 minutes. You stated that we cut you off we did not cut you off the line kept on dropping. And we were in full communication with you at all times.

The driver was good. However, he was given the wrong name for pickup and I had to call the operator to finally figure it out. Wasted about 30 minutes. Also, was dropped off at the wrong address (that was mostly the flat owner’s fault for having a similar address as another house). Our driver was gone in a flash so we were stranded. Again, not quite his fault but would have been great if he could have made sure we got in.

Over an hour late!!! Do not use

Thank you for your feedback, we deeply apologise for keeping you waiting at the airport, the day of the service was not a normal day, it was the day that the UK had the biggest train strikes in history and all the services were highly impacted, we did consider cancelling your reservation but we chose not to and honour it. We tried our best on the day to get the driver to you on time but on the ground it was just a nightmare it was taking over 40 minutes just to do a 2-mile journey, again please accept my deepest apologies for keeping you waiting at the airport.

Our flight was cancelled therefore could not connect to our flight to London. I notified the vendor of the cancellation. No response and charged me for the service which was not used. They will not issue a refund. Do not use - unwilling to cooperate with air travel challenges.

Thank you for your review I'm sorry that you feel that you should've received a refund, the flight details that you provided landed on time. and this is the only flight that we had on file. If you had a connecting flight we were not aware of these details and on the day the driver would've only monitored the flight that you specified on the booking reservation.
