Our flight was early and...

Our flight was early and though the instructions we received stated the driver would be tracking our flight he was not there when we arrived. Additionally there was confusion about where we were supposed to meet homes. The instructions I received from Viator stated he would be at the arrivals exit from customs, he stated the “paper” said that we should wait by the WHS store. Though I told him that I didn’t receive such instructions he was adamant. He also several times took his hands off the wheel while driving to dig around at his feet to get food to eat

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent private transfer service from Heathrow to Oxford. We apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience caused during your arrival. Terminal 2 can be a challenging terminal for meeting passengers due to its layout. The driver was correct in following our usual procedure of meeting passengers in front of the WHS store. However, when you contacted our customer service team on the day of your arrival, we recommended that you remain at your current location, as it was the most efficient way for the driver to locate you at that time. In regard to the driver eating during the journey, we take this issue seriously and are currently investigating the matter. The vehicle is equipped with CCTV cameras that monitor the driver, and we are reviewing the footage to address this concern appropriately. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our service. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
