Driver was arrogant and rude. Flight was delayed due to bad weather and driver was quite upset about waiting
Our driver was on time, friendly, and did a wonderful job as a tour guide. He messaged us as soon as we got to the airport and coordinating a pick up location was easy.

We had a private driver take us from Heathrow Airport to London City Airport and had a sightseeing ride through London passes several famous landmarks. Driver Ana was terrific pointing out the landmarks and a steady driver through the traffic. We have a tour set up in London in a few days and look forward to another great experience.

We booked Private Airport Transfers to our hotel. When we arrived there was no driver waiting for us. We called the company, and they had to send a new driver to pick us up. After waiting over an hour a new driver arrived. We had an overnight flight and booked Viator to get the best experience with a private driver knowing we would be Very disappointing service, and after calling Viator they told us that even though they were late/forgot to pick us up, the service was still rendered, and they would not do anything about it.

My luggage was lost. I had to take extra time to wait then file a report. It went past my pick up time. I messaged viator who communicated to my driver Manuel who waited for me. He was very kind.
The last thing you want after a long flight is your driver to show up an hour late without explanation or apology. The car turned out to be a van which I guess is ok but not real comfortable. I suggest looking elsewhere.
Got us to our hotel quickly and safely. There was a lot of traffic but found ways to get around the traffic jams in London.

being stranded at London Heathrow. The Viator driver left despite the display board displaying a message that the BA flight I had arrived on had luggage retrieval issues; BA delayed luggage for ALL passengers for over two hours. VIATOR had the AUDACITY to charge me for no service.

A private transfer is always a preferable option when arriving in a new city. This way you are assured that someone is waiting for you at the airport & take you to your destination to avoid having to wait in a long taxi queue or locating one. Our driver was very nice & helpful, but he was a little late. I went to our meeting point and was walking around looking at every sign being held up to find mine but did not find it until my 2nd go round in the meeting hall. This was a little unsettling because there were 7 of us and it would be very hard press to find a taxi for 7 adults with all our bags. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Expected the driver to be waiting with a sign. Although the typical heavy London traffic was certainly a factor, the driver was 30 minutes late..and with no explanation or apology!
Driver was not waiting for us, as promised. Plane was delayed in landing, then delayed in deplaning. By time we picked up our luggage and got to waiting area, there was no driver.
Found WhatsApp message from driver received at 6:35 AM (10 min. after scheduled landing) stating she would be waiting for us. We finally got to waiting hall about 7:45 AM. No driver to be found. I called the office of London Travel In Limited at 7:58 AM and was told she couldn't wait any longer. Lady on phone wasn't pleasant nor helpful . Their information provided at time of booking stated the driver would go in terminal 55 min. after flight has landed and wait an additional 50 min. I calculate that to be 8:10 AM. They also state if there is a delay, the driver will be waiting for you. Had to pay additionally for another taxi.

Our driver was an hour and a half late picking us up at the airport. After a 10 hour flight, the last thing you want to be doing is waiting that long in the airport for your driver. We had to call 4 times and just kept getting told that she was running late. It was a horrible experience, and a terrible way to start off our vacation.
