It was a hot day! My husband and I booked this tour to take our 17 year old. He was so excited. We, my husband and I were not able to complete the tour because of the heat and our age, 80yo. Our tour guide was fantastic and we all enjoyed the information and the sites that she led us to. My grandson dropped out too to help us get back to our hotel. It was a great walking tour. Sorry we were not able to complete it but we did make it to the Harry Potter gift shop at the train station which had a great selection of Harry Potter items.

Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. Although it rained, not fun, we enjoyed the tour. He took us from Burroughs Market across the Millennium Bridge to Leadenhall Market. He pointed out various places where scenes were filmed. Very engaging.
We were a mid sized group. He put us in houses and gave us trivia questions for points, challenging us to answer. He showed us visuals. All fun.

The tour was amazing from start to finish! Everything was well-organized, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip so enjoyable. We waited outside Westminster Underground station Church street but no tour guide present. We went to two other Westminster underground stations to check with no guide or tour in sight. Very disappointing. The tour information should be more specific.

The guide Rory was fun and knowledgeable about London in general, besides HP. Lots of fun facts added along the way. Be sure to speak up if you can not walk quickly as we sped around London and walked a good 5 miles by the end. And this with a tube ride as well! However, he did ask if there were any in the group with potential problems walking, before starting, and encouraged anyone to ask him to slow down with walking or speaking as needed. Wonderful tour, highly recommended!

Ian was a fabulous guide. Be prepared to walk 2.5 hours and see a large chunk of the nooks and crannies of London.

The group was way too large extremely disappointing. Pictures shown were very poor and it did not include draagon alley. She spoke way too quickly. I will certainly not be recommending.

The guide walked too fast, didn't look enough to the participants (started the walk with 18, ended with 12, left 6 men on the way).
The kids where very disappointed that they didn't see platform 9 3/4.

Be prepared to walk a lot - you cover a lot of ground in 2 hours, but it is enjoyable to see the street scenes as they were set for the movies and how they are IRL. It was also interesting to see how some sites were altered for the movies because what is really there doesn't really work. The street scenes for the first visit to Diagon Alley were very enjoyable.

Arrived at the specified location in good time but couldn't find the tour. Searched all around and eventually tried to ring the help desk. Spent 10 minutes on hold then gave up on both the call and the tour. Very disappointing. Process for filing a complaint is non existent or extremely well hidden.

I had the same guide for last year's DW walking tour that I did. He did an excellent job with this HP walking tour. Picked up a few nuggets that I wasn't aware of previously.

Great for kids and adults! This tour not only covers Harry Potter movie locations, but also, along the way, you find out a lot about architecture and history of London.

The tour guide focused completely on how certain building facades were altered in the movies -- not anything that most children or adults cared about. He had us walking enormous distances -- across 2 bridges, and through 2 markets without doing any commentary or explanation. He didn't manage to engage any of the children in any conversation or discussion about what happened in amy of the books -- mentioned only the movies. he mentioned the he was not a regular guide on this tour -- which was quite apparent !1 I feel that we wasted quite a lot of money and time. I would never use your booking service again, you need to check out your tours before selling tickets.

De tour was super leuk! Niet allen de Harry Potter hoogtepunten, maar ook de andere Londen hoogtepunten waar we langsliepen was leuk. Onze gids Owen was super goed te verstaan en leuk in z’n presentatie!

Leuke wandeling en veel gezien en geleerd weer over Harry Potter. We hebben ruim 2 uur door de stad gelopen. Gids Jess wist erg veel te vertellen en maakte de tour erg leuk, ook werden er veel zaken verteld die niet met Harry Potter te maken had, dus ook geschikt voor de iets mindere fans
