On the day of the tour, I went to the meeting place. However, even after the scheduled meeting time had passed, no one from the tour showed up. When I called the phone number listed and provided my booking number, I was told that they did not know anything about it. When I called Viator, the booking site, to check, they informed me that this tour had been canceled and that I would receive a full cash refund. Even though I had received confirmation of my booking, why was there no notification that the tour would be canceled? Why was I not informed of the details using the phone number listed on the tour voucher? My 5-day itinerary was ruined. I had to book a hotel for that day and rearrange the subsequent plans.
I also received an email from Viator, which read as follows: "Unfortunately this tour is not taking place this week and this booking was taken in error through your 3rd-party seller. Apologies for any disappointment & concern caused."
An international call from the UK to Viator in the US cost about 5,000 yen.
It was disappointing that I couldn't take the trip to England that I had hoped for.

Our tour guide, Len, was amazing in many ways: as a source of history and information, as a driver who navigated narrow roads with a skill that brought applause, and as fine human being with kindness toward all. When one is essentially depending on one person for 5 days in each of these categories — we are ever so grateful for our experience. We visited major sites and tiny villages, were given good advice when we asked, and all within a small group and in a very comfortable coach. The tour exceeded our expectations.

Our 5 day tour of Cornwall and Costwalds was just perfect!!Our driver guide, David, was amazing and made the whole tour informative, entertaining and by moments
really funny!… He deserves a six star rating!
The tour was also well balanced between a lot of great sites to visit (impressive Stonehenge, stunning Minak theater, charming St Ives, beautiful Bath….)and moments of free time. Of course, it helped to have perfect blue sky during the 5 days!

we were 11 people + guide (Kevin) in a comfortable van. Like me, most travelers were single women 60+. Kevin organized everything perfectly: our hotels and meals and even suggestions for something to do in the evening. he took us to some amazing places and made sure the van is not parked too far away. The bit that disappointed me was that he didn't tell us much about the history and culture of the places we reached. for example, you could expect that a trip to Cornwall will be packed with stories about smugglers, right? no such luck. instead we were treated to a lot of talk about house pricing and cars.
The best part of this trip was a guided tour we were offered (at some added cost, 20 pounds if I remember correctly) inside St. Issac (where "Doc Martin" is filmed). that was superb!

We had never been out in the English countryside so this is was a great way to see a lot of different places. Kevin is an absoLUTEly aMAZing AWEsome guide. He’s also the best and most courteous driver in the UK. In spite of a little rain, this trip was wonderful.

Kevin from gotours.com was a fabulous guide and driver!! He would maneuver the van to get us as close to attractions as possible for drop off. The ride through Dartmoor was fantastic and he stopped several times for photo ops. He is very knowledgeable, professional and funny! This was a wonderful tour and I highly recommend it - Port Isaac was a highlight.

This tour is great if you want to see the countryside of England. Our driver was Kevin and he did a fabulous job talking about sites and history and customs of the local areas of Devon and Cornwall. It is all as advertised. The mini bus is comfortable and the hotels nice. Highly recommend.
