The time of your booking is the time when your afternoon tea will be served (12pm, 1.30pm, 3pm). Please arrive on time. You can visit Cutty Sark before or after your afternoon tea, however, please note that Cutty Sark closes at 5pm. If you have booked the 3pm serving time, please aim to visit the ship before your tea, as we recommend you allow at least 60 minutes to enjoy Cutty Sark.

The waitress was the redeeming feature and ever so polite. Such a shame that when my wife asked for an additional teabag she was told she’d have to pay for it. Some of the cakes were stale too.

Greenwich was a nice town to visit, lots of old taverns and shops to visit. Afternoon tea was fantastic and the food was surprisingly good. The cutty stark was quite interesting. We enjoyed the afternoon very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our “afternoon tea” on the sole surviving tea clipper the “Cutty Sark” At Greenwich, UK! The tea itself was delicious and the tour of the ship was fun indeed and informative. The walking tour of Greenwich was very interesting as well!

Overall a lovely day out and impressive to see. However, I would book the ship entrance and afternoon tea separately. Pros - Cutty Sark itself is just beautiful - Shannty singers - no time limit to look around the ship - for afternoon tea they catered for vegans - Staff for afternoon tea were excellent! Cons - No guide included in this voucher. - no headphones available on site. You tour the ship yourself.* - very loud in the surrounding glass building - it is more of a canteen / café where you have the afternoon tea and not a restaurant. It's under the ship and a bit loud. *Notes: If you want your own audio you should download the smartify app.
