It is a little bit of a misdescription of the museum selling this as Schindler’s Factory, which technically it is and there are glimpses into his life in krakow with the office used in the film and his real office, but mainly it is a historical depiction of the war before and during in Krakow. I think if we had gone alone, we might not have enjoyed it so much, but our guide Mateusz was unbelievably knowledgeable, not only with historical facts, but he gave us loads of information on Schindler and little personal stories of people he knew of throughout the tour, which really bought it alive. He was patient and didn’t rush us like in many tours and is an absolute gem of a guide.

It’s not the actual factory it’s the office block with World War 2 exhibition in it. You get to see Schindler’s office but that’s it. Our guide rushed us around and we never had anytime to look at anything.

This is an incredible tour that I very nearly didn't take because I felt the subject (Schindler) was perhaps too niche. BIG MISTAKE. This experience is less about Schindler and more an informative and hilarious (at times) history of WWII, perfectly presented and guided by Mitch. All for him by name. I've been on not than 100 tours all over the world, and Mitch (Maejic) (sp?) is possibly the best guide. He's acerbic, succinct, with, and had a way about him that will have you remembering the facts very easily. I loved this tour.

Absolute necessity for anyone who is a WW2 buff. They have taken Schindler's factory and created one of the best museums we have ever seen. Intense. Full of info. Just incredible. We opted into having a guided tour. The young lady not only explained Polands history but filled in any gaps with personal, family information and stories. We hope to return. Not enough time in 1 day!

Lucie (Lucy) was an excellent guide with excellent English. Very easy to understand and Lucie was very knowledgeable and covered a lot in a very structured and informative way. Explained things really well and related the history of Krakow, Poland and Schindler’s factory in a very good way too. Kept us moving without being rushed at all. Excellent tour.

A lot of the information in the museum was fairly familiar to me, having been on other tours at Auschwitz and such, but part of the tour dedicated to the factory and Schindler were very interesting to learn and our guide, Hania, was very knowledgeable and friendly during the tour. Highly recommend it for other tourists, though much of the museum is in English as well and doing it solo may give you more time to read everything.

Felt rushed! Also, guide failed to tell us that we will not be able to come back and explore the museum on our own. She simply rushed out through the museum in about an hour and that was it.

It is not a tour of the Schindler factory which no longer exists. It is primarily a walking tour of Museum displays regarding the Jewish experience in Krakow from 1939 to 1945. The end of the tour does take you to Schindler's office. However, we really enjoyed our tour guide and her incredible knowledge of Krakow history during WWII- and the exhibits were very well done!

Our tour guide was a wealth of information and prepared to answer any questions we had. I wish I could remember her name! Be prepared that visiting this museum is NOT all about Schindler. He is a small piece of the story and our guide did an incredible job of sharing the story of this community’s transitions throughout the years. Personally I am glad we took the tour- I learned far more than I would have reading the limited English plaques. An hour and one half was just enough time.

What an experience. Initially we weren't going to go to Schindler's factory but so glad we did. Mateusz was a phenomenal guide. He was so knowledgeabe and willing to answer questions and not rush through or dismiss guest questions because of time restrictions he took his time and was very polite and considerate.
The factory doesn't just focus on Schindler himself and Mateusz provided us with background information and tied in where he fitted in with history.
Our group was about 10 people and this worked really well because it gave Mateusz time to interact with us. Glad we got in so last minute.
If you're going to do this tour, book with Mateusz, you will not be disappointed!!!! Thanks Mat!

We were in a group of about 10 people. The guide explained that in this tour Schindler is a background character. The tour we was given was Krakow under the nazis. We saw the factory and the guide stopped at certain points and explained things to us. There are some eye opening moments on this tour. Which made it all the better. It took about 90 minutes to complete. But do yourself a favour and go to the Jewish Ghetto Memorial in Krakow and the remains of Plaszow concentration camp beforehand. It all ties in

Great presenter and tour! Well worth visiting and touring, if traveling to Krákow. The tour guide is excited to tell the story. I would say that although Schindler’s weaknesses and self-aggrandizement should be mentioned/don’t harp on it because that’s not the story. The story is by helping those he helped—generations were saved.

We had an excellent tour guide—very knowledgeable. Despite grappling with a hangover from the previous night, I had a remarkable experience. I can only imagine it would have been even better if I were fully alert. However, it's essential to note that the museum primarily focuses on the WWII period in Poland, not Oskar Schindler's life. So, do not hesitate to book the tour if you're into history. Also, make sure to grab complimentary stamped time cards (as souvenirs) while tagging along with the tour.
