While I know it may initially sound negative, and please don’t take it as such, but you should understand that it is a little deceptive in that a museum tour titled Schindler Factory Tour is mostly about WW2 history within Krakow, and not so much about Oskar and the factory itself. To be fair, that’s probably just as well as in reality, there may not be all that much to tell, but what there is was well covered on the tour in any case.
If you are after a dedicated lecture on Oskar you may be disappointed, but don’t let that dissuade you from taking this tour as the presentation and museum production was fantastic. David, our guide, was spectacular in his delivery and was very patient as our group meandered through the tour.
Additionally, know going in that it is not a tour of machinery, production and office space kept just as it was at the end of the war, but a series of hallway exhibits that cover nearly every facet of the polish experience under Nazi occupation. The end of the tour is specifically focused on the Jewish experience, which is right and obvious, but being an avid fan of history, I was pleased that the beginning was an overview of the events leading up to and how life was for the Poles during that time.
The props were exceptional, providing both feel and context for the scenarios being presented and the production quality, even if some of the soft relics (like propaganda posters) were reproductions, it was so well done and authentic appearing that there was no detriment to the immersive experience. It was well put together to say the least.
Do yourself a favor and take this tour. Like my wife and myself, you will be pleased that you did.

This was a very full tour. It is mostly about Poland during WW2 with info on Schindler's part. Grrat pictures and displays. Please note it is quite cramped spaces and very,very warm inside.

Great tour. The guide explained the history very well. The museum showed the historical layout of the city well, and the 3D slideshow with historical photos was nice.
I would recommend you buy a ticket and walk around yourself. We couldn’t hear the guide and keep telling her to put the microphone by her mouth. It was incredibly crowded and stifling hot. On the tour you are unable to look at anything as you are moved on at each point, it would be better to buy a standard ticket and go at your own leisure.
A great insight into life in the Krakow ghetto and the brutality of Nazi occupation. A very comprehensive presentation of the history of the war years.
This is not a tour of the factory. Very little content of Schindler or the factory. Title is very deceiving. However it was a nice museum of Poland and world war II

Very organized. Guide met us on time and led us through the museum at a good pace sharing highlighted information. You do not have time to watch the movie or read all the information with a tour, but it did give a good sequential overview order of events of WW2 in Krakow. Glad we did this tour. Heads up- the museum is very crowded, small walkways and only one bathroom stall for women.

Excellent, thought provoking experience. The guide made the experience come alive but I would have been happy to then go back through on my own for an hour reading more of the information. Be sure to book your tickets several weeks in advance as they sell out quickly and there are very long lines for same day tickets. That's why going with a guide likes this is advantageous, especially if you only book out a week or less. Using the free coat check is suggested because the museum can get hot and stuffy. Try to watch the movie before you visit or watch afterwards to fully appreciate the story. Easy to get to the location via public transportation.

Very poignant place to visit. Our guide was absolutely brilliant. There really is too much to take in but it just has to be visited. Viator, in my experience/opinion, is not the cheapest option but we have used them on many occasions and they have never failed us yet.
