A very interesting place - absolutely worth seeing.
The guide we had was excellent - well informed and knowledgeable.
The group size was very large which is particularly problematic for this tour. The museum is full of narrow and small rooms which did not accommodate a group of our size, meaning much of the group often couldn't see what the guide was gesturing towards.
I'd suggest you explore a smaller group tour

You must take photo id with you or you cannot get in . Passport or Driving licence. I did not read the small print and we were not allowed to go in with the guide but he arranged for our jump the queue tickets to be what’s app over to us and we went back to our hotel picked our passports up and returned later to do a solo tour . We had an amazing time despite our mistake and the guide and Viator were brilliant sorting things out for us . I highly recommend this company for all your trips and exertions.

The factory/museum was interesting, but the tour group was oversized. The hallways in the museum are narrow and only half the tour could see or hear the guide at a time. There was not enough room to move and see all the exhibits. Also, there were individuals unaffiliated with the tour that would need to push through the tour crowd.
Our guide was great. I would give this 5 stars if the group was half the size.

Very good museum with excellent displays. Our guide David was great. The group on the guided tour was too large for the small spaces.

Most boring part of Krakow. Guide spoke incessantly for 90 minutes, mentioned Schindler 3 times and walked us through corridors with pictures on the wall. Save your money, pass thiss one.

The guide was excellent. The process getting tickets and entry wad stressful
But mainly due to those not reading that you needed ID and to be on time.

I thought the guide was good, but perhaps slightly hard to understand, I think they booked too many people for that tour. In such a confined space, the audio assist went in and out.

Headsets were intermittent. Many of the group just gave up using them at all, I persevered and would sometimes get audio and other times it just wouldn’t work. Made the guided tour a little pointless.

We were disappointed with the tour because it was not what we expected. There was very little about Schindler and his role in saving the lives of many Jews. If you are interested in hearing more generally about world work II and the fate of the Krakow Jews then the tour would be good. It’s just not what we expected or wanted to hear about.

The tour of Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory was one of the most informative and insightful experiences of our trip to Kraków. I don't know what I was thinking. It's not really a tour about Schindler - it about the brutality of Nazi Germary and Russia. The story is told by a Polish national. If you don't have time for Auschwitz, then this is a must do. It's important to honor that time in Polish history - and understand it can't happen again. As a U.S. Citizen I totally recognize the horrors of WWII. I hope it never happens again.

We arrived and we're unaware passports where needed. We apologised and said we have a photo of our passports on our phones as we don't feel safe carrying our pass6around with us as they are extremely important documents. They would accept a photo as I'd when asked what the id was for they said to confirm your name on the booking .there was more than just me and a friend in the same situation and we all asked what's the difference and they claimed we could tamper with our documents now if this was to get into a state building I would understand but all they did was glance at a passport nothing more. There was no help or support we were told to move out the way we were then given our tickets told to come back with our passports when we could but there would be no guided tour now. Absolutely disgusting service I would not recommend this museum to anyone.

The tour was a history of Kraków during World War II. Oscar Schindler‘s name wasn’t even mentioned until the last 2% of the tour after almost an hour and a half. We never did see the factory. We only saw offices that were part of the administration building. Our tour guide was really good, but it was not a tour of Schindler‘s factory. None of the Tours at that site involved, Oscar Schindler much at all

The guide gave his own opinions throughout the tour. We took our earphones out as he was talking about the Russia Ukraine war. This had nothing to do with the tour. He was also talking about polish army (modern day) and WW3

No headphones unless 15 in group, we had 14! So struggled to hear guide, especially if she walked onto next part whilst still reading... all about war not about shindler and his factory.. lots and lots of dates you would never remember, no time to read for yourself and digest.

I booked the trip 2 days before going and Viator were brilliant yet again. Our time slot had to be changed as not enough people for the original time. We were offered a later slot which we couldn’t do due to having to get to the airport. I explained and they were really understanding and got us in an hour earlier.
My third trip through Viator and again, I highly recommend!

Whilst the guide is very passionate, it felt like the tour was more about his view on politics than what actually happened, which at times made you just feel bored or chastised. The tour was about Schindler and his factory and the time and it lacked information about the majority of that in favour of personal opinion. It is great to be passionate about your job and country, but we paid for a tour and the history of schindler and the factory. Would I go again or recommend, yes, but perhaps a self guided tour would suffice or audio guide.

This was my second time here as I travelled 6 years ago with my husband. My daughter then requested to wanting to see this she was delighted.
