The tour was a history of Kraków during World War II. Oscar Schindler‘s name wasn’t even mentioned until the last 2% of the tour after almost an hour and a half. We never did see the factory. We only saw offices that were part of the administration building. Our tour guide was really good, but it was not a tour of Schindler‘s factory. None of the Tours at that site involved, Oscar Schindler much at all

The guide gave his own opinions throughout the tour. We took our earphones out as he was talking about the Russia Ukraine war. This had nothing to do with the tour. He was also talking about polish army (modern day) and WW3

No headphones unless 15 in group, we had 14! So struggled to hear guide, especially if she walked onto next part whilst still reading... all about war not about shindler and his factory.. lots and lots of dates you would never remember, no time to read for yourself and digest.

I booked the trip 2 days before going and Viator were brilliant yet again. Our time slot had to be changed as not enough people for the original time. We were offered a later slot which we couldn’t do due to having to get to the airport. I explained and they were really understanding and got us in an hour earlier.
My third trip through Viator and again, I highly recommend!

Whilst the guide is very passionate, it felt like the tour was more about his view on politics than what actually happened, which at times made you just feel bored or chastised. The tour was about Schindler and his factory and the time and it lacked information about the majority of that in favour of personal opinion. It is great to be passionate about your job and country, but we paid for a tour and the history of schindler and the factory. Would I go again or recommend, yes, but perhaps a self guided tour would suffice or audio guide.

This was my second time here as I travelled 6 years ago with my husband. My daughter then requested to wanting to see this she was delighted.

The tour moves quickly highlighting bits of information. It doesn’t leave much time to read material in each area. Good if you don’t want to take your time or be overwhelmed by the volume of information.

The guide Margarita could explain very well and told us many interesting things and told us about the history of Poland and World War II. The museum was very good, better than I expected. I totally recommend this visit , when you arrive a very attentive guy waits at the door, does the group and hands out the audios and then you are already passed with your guide . Much better than going it alone, because that's how you know the meaning of things
