The factory tour was so interesting- an awful lot of history about how the war started and the effects on Poland and its people. Wish I’d done this tour at the start of the week as it would have been helpful knowing pre-history to the Jewish persecution during WWII. Olga was very informative and knowledgeable. Super friendly too. We then did the walking tour with Olga. I’m so impressed by not only her knowledge but enthusiasm to the subject. Thank you so much Olga. Can definitely recommend the schindler tour.

Thank you for your wonderful and thoughtful feedback! We’re delighted you found the factory tour so interesting and helpful in understanding the broader context of WWII and its impact on Poland. It’s great to hear that Olga made such a strong impression with her knowledge, friendliness, and enthusiasm—both during the museum visit and the walking tour.
We truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation. It means a lot to us that the experience was so valuable. We hope to welcome you again for another tour in the future!
Best regards,
Maciej

Glad we took a guided tour of the museum where we were able to hear the highlights and stories behind the pictures and artifacts. It wouldn't have been the same if we just read everything. The guide experience gave us a better understanding of everything that was happening at the time, and the tour flowed through nicely through the different time periods.

Guide spoke to fast for full understanding of the group. Schindler’s factory is too crowded for the group as well as the amount of other people from other groups. The walking part of the tour was too fast and left the group straggling along in the streets to see where the Jewish ghetto was but is no longer. The only remains are a section of the wall and a few buildings. This was our first tour in Krakow, but later tours were better.

This combined tour of the Oscar Schindler Factory and the Warsaw Ghetto sites is a must-do for anyone visiting the city. Having a guide who leads you through the factory adds so much context—hearing about Oscar Schindler’s efforts and the Nazi occupation from a knowledgeable, engaging storyteller made the history come alive.
The walk through the former ghetto sites was poignant and powerful. Our guide did an excellent job explaining the suffering and resilience of both Polish and Jewish communities, while pointing out key locations that helped frame the lived experiences of those dark times. It was a moving, eye-opening experience that you don’t want to miss.
The tour keeps a nice balance between factual history, personal stories, and practical insights, making it accessible for families while still deeply informative for adults. The guide was friendly, approachable, and genuinely passionate about sharing these histories in a respectful, engaging way.
If you’re visiting Warsaw and want a comprehensive, impactful glimpse into World War II history—along with the opportunity to see the Schindler Factory—this tour is a premier choice that will leave a lasting impression.

Excellent tour, led by Alicja. She made you think about this from the perspective of the people this was happening to, rather than reading dates and facts (which were also helpful obviously). Helps us to remember what happened and ensure it does not happen again - to anyone. Be kind.

Phil talked us around the factory explaining the story very well. And again on the ghetto tour with the aid of photos made it easier to imagine the area, thank you very much we were really glad we booked the tour and not did it on our own.

Tour was wonderful, sad but wonderful. Our tour guide - blonde lady (cannot remember her name) was exceptional. We also did the ghetto tour following the tour with the same guide. Would recommend both.

We met outside the museum and the company representative introduced us to our guide Magdelena. We were provided with headphones so there was never a problem listening to what she was saying. She kept the tour moving and ensured she never lost our attention. The museum itself was packed with information but this tour highlighted all the main elements and with Magdelena sharing an absolute wealth of both personal family stories together with her in depth research made for a superb experience.
Having completed the museum tour we were then toured around the Jewish Ghetto by Magdelena. Truly shocking and very interesting history lesson which supplemented our earlier visit to the museum. Our Group highly recommended the two tours as a package and lasted about 4 hours.

With this tour you not only have a guided tour of the museum, but you then walk through a part of the city that you have just learned about. Our tour guide, Joanna, gave an excellent tour.

Phil the tour guide was excellent, his knowledge unsurpassed and engagement with the group very good. He spoke for 3 hours non stop and we learnt so much.

Amazing, the tour guide was brilliant and answered all questions, very knowledgeable and made sure that everyone could see and hear her, we never felt rushed at any time

This tour exceeded my expectations! I knew that since Warsaw was 90% destroyed during WWII, I wouldn't be able to see a lot of original structures. However, our guide, Agnestia, had pictures of original buildings and she had us stand in the exact spots where these pictures were taken. This allowed us to better visualize what we were "seeing". Her commentary was in depth and her knowledge was apparent. There was a lot of walking but she made frequent stops in front of benches for us. This was a great tour.

We had booked many Holocaust era tours, other than this one. The Schindler Factory Museum was a bit of a disappointment because we thought there was going to be more about Schindler , his history and the history of the factory/museum and the people he saved. It touched on Schindler but it was mostly a Holocaust history tour. We had the other tours we were going on for that.

Fantastic experience a must do if you are in Krakow me and my 2 sons enjoyed it I have been 2 times first with my sister in 2015 and then just recently in march 2025 with my son's and I'm going back again in June with my daughter this time

Visiting Emalia Oskara Schindlera's Factory and the Getto was a memorable experience. With the help of Joanna, a sensitive and knowledgeable guide, we visited dramatic and tragic events and got reminded what a difference a little flicker of hope can make.
Followed by A visit to Auschwitz I and Auschwitz Birkenau, the next day we are still trying to come to terms with the reality and the magnitude of the events. This shook us to our core.

Had a great day out with Phil as our guide went through the museum, very interesting. Then on to the ghetto, very moving to think of the people that had no choice but to try and survive there.
Carl_T, May 2024
Not quite what I expected. I thought I was going to tour the actual Schindler's factory. This is a museum with tight corridors and small spaces. We were in a guided tour and although the tour guide was very good it was difficult to get everyone in the same space so they could see what was being explained. There isn’t actually that much to see that refers to schindlers factory.
Response from Host, Jun 2024
Thank you for your feedback. The main exhibition is titled "Krakow During the Occupation" and focuses on the history of Krakow from 1939 to 1945. While the figure of Oskar Schindler is certainly mentioned, the exhibition is not entirely dedicated to him. However, each of our guides is available to answer any detailed questions about Oskar Schindler after the tour. We would like to emphasize that the building is an original historic cultural heritage of the city of Krakow and the only one preserved after the war. Therefore, any changes to the layout of the rooms or the hall are not possible.
