- ENTRANCE: As it is mandatory in Auschwitz Birkenau & Schindler’s Factory museum to confirm your personal details, you are required to take with you passport or ID to be presented at the entrance to museum. Please do not forget it, otherwise you may be not allowed to enter museum.
- VISIT: While in the camps, visitors are required to behave appropriately and respectfully.
- VISIT: Visitors are generally allowed to take pictures with a few, clearly indicated exceptions.
- VISIT: A visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau can prove traumatic, therefore we recommend that visitors were at least 13 years old.
- LUGGAGE: The maximum size of your carry-on can not exceed the following dimensions: 30 x 20 x 10 cm. You can leave your larger luggage in the car.
- DEPARTURE: Your exact pickup depends on your accommodation place and schedule in Auschwitz museum. Check your email a day before the tour, as your pick up hour may change!
- DEPARTURE: Your pickup time might be changed and will be between 5:00 AM - 02:00 PM but we usually adjust it by only 30-60 minutes (sometimes a more significant change is necessary)
- DEPARTURE: If the above change is necessary then the start time will be different than the one presented on your voucher. In such case you will be informed via email and/or What's App 12-24 hours before the amended start time
- MEALS: Lunch is not included. There's no time for a regular meal between visits to Auschwitz and Birkenau, so bring a snack. A grocery shop, snack bar, and restaurant are NOT available on-site
- OPTIONS: Be sure to select correct product option to use hotel or meeting point pickup as the price is different.

Great Tour of Auschwitz and Berkanau. Pickup at the hotel was timely and efficient trip to the camps. The driver was cheery and helpful. The actual tour of the camps was amazing. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience really good. A sad place but explained well.
It really was well presented and very informative. Our guide was fantastic and we're pleased we went with this tour group. Lots of walking over uneven surfaces but manageable for people of average mobility.

The tour was incredibly informative. Our tour guide was excellent and engaging. However, the operators caused some confusion regarding the payment and arrangements between the first and second sets of tours. Lack of communication. Overall the tour was pleasing and I’m very happy.

Gabriel was a wonderful driver to Auschwitz, however the guide there was not good. She just went from a script and wouldn’t/couldn’t answer questions. I don’t think she understood English. She talked about the memorial at Berkenau after we passed it. At the end I asked why we didn’t stop to take a photo and she said that we were on the standard tour and that wasn’t included. I had looked the most inclusive tour and didn’t see anything about standard or extended tours. I was disappointed, but it wasn’t the fault of the tour company. Also, I looked for a small group tour, and the van only had eight people but we joined a group and then the group was 30 people.
Our driver Yaro was a superb driver and host. Our tour was Auschwitz and then Schindlers Museum. Very well organised with clear collection and drop off instructions. But the experience was really elevated to another level by Yaro, who sent us places of interest to see near our hotel after the Schindlers museum tour. Thanks

Very sobering experience, if you are interested in WW2 history this tour is a must. Got picked up on time, started our tour almost instantly. Got dropped off at Schindlers and picked up again to be brought to my apartment. They make the day seamless and worth it for not having to wait in line
The whole tour experience was very professional. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Visiting these solemn sites was done with dignity and grace.

The best part was having transportation and the tours figured out for us. We didn’t have to do anything other than show up at the meeting place. The van was nice and spacious. In Auschwitz and Birkenau our tour was a good size. It was busy, but we always had a little personal space. I do wish we were given a little more time to look in the book store (we only had 15 min from the time the tour ended until we needed to be at the car). However, Schindler’s Factory was not the same. The tour group was WAY too big. 25 people. And the museum is not spacious at all. We felt like sardines stuffed in a can. No room at all. The group was just way too big and it really made it difficult to enjoy. I would recommend doing the factory on your own.

On April 16, my family and I had a tour of Auschwitz/Birkenau from Krakow. I paid $347.32 for the tour, for pick up, and for luxury transportation. The tour was very informative and was done with respect for those who lost their lives there. So that part was excellent. Secondly, the pick-up was nowhere near my rental apartment. When you say pick up, doesn’t that usually imply pick up on or near where you are staying? Other tours from you do this when they say pick up. So, saying they pick up rather than meet up is deceiving. So that part scores poorly. Thirdly, and most importantly, we were not transported in any type of luxury. The small van we rode in had a back row of seats with four seats. We were a group of four and there was nowhere else to sit. The van was full. We were crammed into that four-seater area so tightly that we all had to turn our torsos sideways. There was no air conditioning on and we sweated profusely from Krakow to the concentration camp which was a 1 ½ hour ride. Under no circumstances was that worth the $347.32.It is atrocious that you deemed that acceptable transportation. I notified Viator customer service by phone call as soon as we arrived at Auschwitz while we were standing in line waiting for our tour. Through email, I learned that you would not provide an alternate ride back to Krakow for my family. I asked for half my ticket cost back for being miserable on our tour. Your investigation reported to me that there was nothing wrong with the way you transported us. That is absolutely wrong. You are very inconsiderate of people and seem to only care about making money and not providing comfortable transportation. I submitted pictures of us crammed into our seats. I guess you think those pictures look like we were comfortable. We were definitely not.
Please note that over the last 10 years, I have booked with Viator off and on when in Europe and had no problems. However, I will not book again with them as they did not care at all about our transportation.
Excellent trip! Long day, but worth it. We had to queue a bit even with skip the line, but the main queue would have meant over a 2hr wait! Driver and guides were excellent and even thanked us for coming on the trip. It was very thought provoking and a trip I will always remember.

Very professional from start to finish. We were collected from our hotel without any delays. Tour guide had been in contact prior in case we had any questions. The day ran smoothly and was very informative. I would highly recommend this tour. A lot of walking and a full day but definitely worth it.

Wow!! A very emotional well worth seeing tour! Anyone that goes to Krakow should go on this tour. Seeing everything that happened there is so upsetting but something that at the same time you need to experience
Very informative guide, tour was good thanks to Michael for explaining and answering all of our questions.
Excellent communication and update on pic up time. Good driving and comfortable vehicle. Visits were good, guide at Schlinders Factory excellent and lots more there than we thought. If I did it again I may have done the trips on different days as long days. Lots more walking than I thought so if you aren’t very mobile this may be something to consider.

Took this tour May 20th and it was excellent. The company provided comfortable transportation with hotel pick up/drop off, much appreciated on such a long and emotional day. Both (English speaking) guides were wonderful- providing insightful tours that were honest, informative and compassionate. Highly recommend.

I had booked the Auschwitz and B and the factory. I am an older traveler. I was so tired and canceled the factory. I think I caused a problem, but the driver was patient and kind.
A well put together tour which ran very smoothly.
A very emotional and difficult day made easier by efficient transport and informative but sensitive guides.
Auschwitz is chilling. Guide described the horrors well, in a respectful way. The Guide at Schindlers Factory was also very knowledgeable. This tour is more about the history of Krakow during WW2 and not so much about Oskar Shindler.
The concentration camps were something everyone needs visit. However, skip the factory. Nothing to do with Schindler. Not even mentioned. Should just say Krakow information.
Auschwitz & birkenau was very well organized. But schindlers factory was a desapointment, totally not what was expected..
Just a great tour and experience! So much more than I expected. If you think you know it all, think again.
This tour was amazing and a must. If I did this all over again I may not have booked Schindler’s and Auschwitz in the same tour as it made for a very long day with a lot of waking but it is doable. Just be prepared with good walking shoes :) this was a trip of a lifetime and I will never forget it. Side note: we were never offered the boxed lunch but Auschwitz has a cafe so we didn’t go hungry but it may be a good idea to bring some snacks. Dziękuję!
