The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Was just a little disappointed thought it would be mostly about Oscar Schindler, and the people that worked for him, but you really don’t hear about him until the very end of the tour.
It is a history of the Jewish war experience and does not show how the factory operated or even showed products. The guide was difficult to understand as she walked and talked at the same time not waiting for folks to gather around her . Watching the movie is a better experience. Showing some products and how the factory operated would have been helpful.

To clarify the focus of the exhibit, the museum’s main permanent collection, Kraków under Nazi Occupation 1939–1945, is intended to serve as a historical memorial to the city’s wartime history and the lives saved by Oskar Schindler. Because of this, the exhibition centers primarily on the human story and historical context rather than functioning as an operational manufacturing exhibit.
Even though you visited the Museum in a very small group on that day, a guide should always ensure the entire group is gathered before speaking, and walking while talking makes it difficult to engage with the material.

The group was way too big for the available space in the museum. Cramped and not able to be in the same room with the guide so could not hear anything. Guide did not oversee it anymore and started talking when only a small part of the group was around him.
About the content; totally not what you expect. Almost nothing about the Schindler story, all about the war situation in Krakow. Doesn't do justice to Schindler's story
The tour skips the documentary which is one of the things that is nice to see. So make sure you see it.

Knowledgeable, friendly and professional guide. The entire experience from purchasing tickets to the tour was exceptional
The museum itself was an amazing insight into the war in Poland, what happened before and during the was to Poles and Jews in Krakow. Unfortunately, we took a guided tour. My advice for others would be to do a self guided tour, we could have spent all day at the museum. It was very busy, our tour guide was extremely good, but unfortunately the group was too big and there was no time to stop and look at exhibits. The next tour was constantly behind us, so if at the back you couldn't hear our guide. We will definitely go back, but this time it will be a self guided tour. The tour was very expensive compared to buying tickets direct from the museum and I personally don't feel it was worth the extra.
Our tour guide was excelllent. Extremely knowledgeable and she told the incredible story with passion.
Alicia was a wonderful tour guide. The tour consisted of a lot of great information as well as a look into what life actually looked and felt like in that time period. She also posed the group with a lot of good questions to think on. Highly recommend!
The tour guide was 10 minutes late to meet us and Viator customer service did not answer chat messages. Once inside we were not provided with headsets and the guide spoke very low. There was no time given to explore any artifacts or all questions. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.
It could be upsetting for some to hear about what happened but then important we know this significant albeit disturbing history.
-No tour guide needed (self guided museum). This way you can see the exhibits at your own pace.
-Unfortunately, no head sets were provided so it was very hard to hear the tour guide in a very crowded/noisy museum.

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the fact that no headsets were provided by the venue. Our tours are based on the availability of the guides and on the services provided by the venue. We have asked repeatedly to provide the head sets by the venue with no result.

If your looking to learn about schindlers factory then you will learn more watching the film. The museum is disappointing,it’s more about the war. The factory dosent get mentioned much.
We were in a group lead by a guide. Most of us couldn’t hear her as the rooms in the museum are really small so you can’t fit in. So you don’t know what’s happening. Other groups got ear pieces but our group didn’t.
There is lots of photos from the war on the walls but you don’t get to stop and see them because it’s really busy your moved along before you get a chance to look.
After 20 minutes with the guide we left the group and went round on our own as we couldn’t hear her anyway.
Was ok but I'd of liked to see the shop floor etc, there was to many groups so it was rushed, I'd go alone next time, guide was ok but couldn't hear her.
The group was too large for such small rooms, making it difficult to hear the guide and awkward with other visitors squeezing by. The information the tour guide gave was great. Just too large a group!
I’m sure I would have rated this tour at five stars had our guide’s spoken English been intelligible. He clearly knew his stuff but he failed to communicate it effectively.
Really interesting but we felt it was really rushed crammed together and we couldn’t hear the guide. Head sets are needed for those at the back . Too much information to read before being moved onto the next stage . Worth the queue jump but would have done it on our own for a better experience .

Very knowledgable tour guide but far too big a group & the guide spoke so fast it was hard to keep up with her.
There were individual groups without a guide who kept walking through our group making it hard to gather round our guide to hear what she had to say!
I won't recommend having a guide. None of us could follow what our guide was saying and we were whizzed through the tour not getting much from the experience. I would recommend discovering it myself as there was a lot to take in and we had no time to stop and read things
First thing the tour guide said after having stepped in was “we need to rush through as we don’t have enough time before we close”. What’s the point in booking a tour slot if it doesn’t give you enough time? The tour was rushed, over crowded and HOT!! didn’t get a chance to read many of the info plaques as we rushed through so quickly. Also, the whole museum is white washed with staged history, as per any war museum throughout the globe. There was nothing authentic (factory wise) to see at all. If you’re hoping to see the actual factory- forget it, you see NONE of it. DO NOT book a group tour. We had c.20+ in our group and could hardly hear the guide. Underwhelming and disappointing.
A very interesting tour but I was a little disappointed as I was expecting to see some of the factory where they actually worked, but overall a worth while experience and to see WW2 from a Polish angle.
There was no organisation, we had no clue where or who we were meeting. The tour guide was informative about the Polish invasion but gave very little information in Oskar Schindler & the factory that we manage d to hear anyway. The group was way too big at about 25 people & although she was talking you couldn’t hear or see what she was talking about as not everyone could fit in the room. We didn’t get chance to read or listen to any videos or statements from the survivors. It was extremely disappointing & wished we’d done it of our own backs so we could soak it in & appreciative it more.

More of a museum to highlight the atrocities of World War 2 and not a Schindlers museum. Still worth a visit if you're visiting Krakow
I would highly recommend this guided tour. The guide was lovely, very informative and knowledgeable. This tour wasnt just about Oscar Schindler but also about the history of the factory and the years leading up to and including the war. I learned so much on this trip. Very eye opening.
Misguided. No mention of Schindler throughout tour. All exhibitions on show none authentic. All artificial. Expected to see the factory and facts about Schindler. Nothing! Guide rushed us all through and really spoke to himself than visitors. Waste of money. Would certainly not recommend it. Avoid it.
Our guide Ava was so knowledgeable and brought the museum alive for us. Pointing out all the important details of Schindler and highlighting what life was like in Krakow before during and after the war. Very important memorial. a must see.
The day was well delivered and organised , our guide was amazing with superb knowledge and sensitivity to the history and suffering of the people caught up . Each part of the museum is a time frame that explains what went on and who was involved . If you are looking for a tour based on the film or the man then you may be disappointed . Overall a great value and well spent spent couple of hours we really enjoyed it .
Great informative tour just think the title is a bit misleading. It’s tells us very little about Schindler or the people he helped save, but still well worth going to.
