Really interesting history of the occupation of Poland, the persecution of Jews and Poles, the Jewish ghetto, Schindler’s factory, Eagle Pharmacy, the resistance and more. A really moving insight into the times and a poignant reminder that we have a responsibility to never be complacent about the evil side of humanity.

We advise getting the skip the line tickets in advance as we walked straight in at our allocated time. Was an interesting museum although it was more about the history of nazi occupied krakow than Schindler himself which was not expected. Still enjoyable and informative though.

Well organised with information about entry arriving the day before on watts app - cannot fault via tour. We should have bought a guide or headset on entry to the museum - this is a must otherwise tour is just a collection of photos - our error !

This “experience” is tickets only. You can’t get them directly from the museum because consolidators buy them up and sell them to the public at an elevated price.

I chose to not get a guided tour and that was a mistake. I felt I missed some of the factory and a guide would have made it a better experience. Lesson learned!

Definitely worth seeing this while in Krakow. Be sure to get tickets ahead of time, people were waiting in line for hours. I was able to walk right in thanks to my time reservation. Good museum, glad I went.

We learned a lot about the war and enjoyed the pictures and explanations. However, we expected the tour to be more about Schindler and his factory and how he helped the Jewish people.
I didn't like the way we received the tickets that we bought ahead online. All the tickets I bought for other sites sent the tickets as soon as my payment went through. Your way of doing that is too complicated for those not familiar with the use of whatsapp, and not knowing which way you were going to send them...at the last day. I'm grateful my husband could figure it out, because I wondered when and how we would ever get our tickets. I probably wouldn't buy from Viator again because I like to have my tickets in advance so I don't have to wonder if they will arrive on time.

This tour/museum is concentrated mostly on what happened to Krakow during ww2 and not specifically on the Schindler factory, it's workers or the man himself.
The collection and display of such, is very comprehensive and certainly a deep insight into the atrocities inflicted upon the people of Krakow. Congratulations to those who have collated such an amazing display.
However we would have liked to have learnt a little more about Schindler and his workers.
Perhaps this needs to be more clear in the tour description?

Glad we bought skip the line tickets as a big queue was waiting outside when we arrived. Interesting musuem. We bought a pram with us and it was ok as their were lifts.

Whilst the booking process was easy and delivered what we booked, the actual experience was not what we expected.
We thought we would experience Schindler and learn what he did for the Jews during the war, in fact we had a history lesson on the impact of WW II in general with almost nothing about Schindler

It was a great experience. However there was far too many guided tours at the one time and those without guides could not explore the museum. At one point my partner and I were sandwiched between two tours. I think possibly need to space the guided tours out better so it’s not so crowded.

Whilst very informative, it’s important to note that this experience focuses more on Kraków’s modern history than entirely on Schindler himself. It was extremely busy and although we booked tickets in advance we were juggling for space between group tours. Get in there early would be the best bet if you can.

Good museum but went thinking this would be about Oscar schlinder but mainly about ww2 in Krakow. Still very interesting and informative - just not what we were expecting! Barcodes on tickets wouldn't scan as too small and lost focus when zoomed in

We walked to the museum and got there a little early . So we had a walk around and visited the ghetto and empty chairs in the square . Went for something to eat near the museum until it was time to go in . The museum was very good we watched a short film in the cinema . Then continued to walk around it took us roughly 1 hr 30 mins to 2 hours to go round plenty of reading to do . We enjoyed it and if visiting krakow it’s a must . Get skip line tickets because there was a large queue outside waiting to go in

Enjoyed the short film. It was very busy so not so easy to get round. Think if I went again I would do a guided tour. Lots of photos and information.
