    Wasn't worth the money because you had to pre book the underground museum and schindlers factory and they were full until 4.50. Other cities with these passes such as Lisbon you don't need to pre book the attractions with a city pass and can skip the queue.

    The guide on our bus, Julia, was so helpful and friendly. Our guide at Auschwitz was excellent. She provided good information and had an obvious passion for helping people understand. The guide at Wieliczka Salt Mine was difficult to hear, but seemed to be very knowledgeable. Bus driver was efficient and helpful.

    Visit museums that you otherwise wouldn’t go into

    Useful card if you have a few more days to waste after doing the major sights ie auschwitz and salt mines. We visited 16 out of the 40. Allows you onto trams and buses with worrying about getting tickets and finding spare change. If are not a museum person then probably not worth it, as average entry price is approx 10 zloty. Apart from Schindler’s factory which was 24 zloty. On website since April 2019, allowed assess to Wawel cathedral . The website said audioguide should be included in Wawel cathedral however they refused us this and said not included and refused to listen or read the website details. Only disappointing aspect of trip. Shows poor communication between the discover Cracow company and the workers at the tourist sites. If in krakow for less than 4 days then not worth it. As auschwitz takes a whole day and salt mines half a day.

    This was a great idea , we booked a 2 day pass and picked it up at the airport ready to use the next day.We were on and off trams at our leisure and visited several museums. Good value and highly recommended

    We bought and paid for a 72 hour...

    We bought and paid for a 72 hour pass. What was NOT made clear to us was the difficulty of getting the passes if you arrive close to 19:00. We landed at 18:45 and got outside at 19:04. All of the collection points are closed after 19:00, most surprisingly the one in the airport was as well despite the actual tourist info desk still being open. The issue here is we were planning to use the bus or tram services from the airport and in the end had only one real choice and that was a taxi, especially as the main train service was disrupted due to engineering work of some sort. The taxi was the only way to ensure we got to the hotel and then weren't too late for our booked meal. We could not collect the passes on the following day either as we were booked of the full dat Auschwitz/Birkenau and Salt mine tour...so we left Krakow before the collection offices were open 9am and got back just as they shut again at 19:00. In the end I collected them at circa 09:30 on Sunday...but of course we were leaving on th Monday. We used them for the Oskar Schindler factory, St Mary's Basilica and Rynek Underground.....which would have been cheaper in cash. They do save queueing at the Schindler factory although this is not made clear in the guide book you get with them, or at the factory itself , so we queued for an hour only to find out it hadn't been necessary. Definitely not value for money considering we paid for 72 hours and in reality got around 30 hours usage. If you're in Krakow for a week it 'might' be value, but unless you can overcome the collection restrictions then it really was a waste of money. This was the only negative aspect of our entire visit to Krakow.

    La plupart des musées ou lieux donnant droit à accès avec Krakow card sont soit fermés le lundi soit gratuit le mardi soit payant...de plus la carte n'évite pas prise de ticket et donc parfois il faut faire la queue pendant de longues minutes

    Der Erwerb der KrakauCard war eine tolle Entscheidung und ich kann nur jedem Besucher empfehlen sie zu kaufen!! Ich war das 3. Mal in Krakau um einem Freund diese wunderbare Stadt näherzubringen. Dazu ist die KrakauCard einfach unschlagbar. Über 40 Museen können besucht werden und der öffentliche Transport ist inklusive. Auch bei meinem nächsten Besuch 2018 werde ich die KrakauCard schon vorab kaufen!!

    Aucun souci avec le pass, se déplacer en tram facile à condition d avoir un plan détaillé des lignes et des arrêts...pour les musées ils sont nombreux 4 jours sont necessaires si on inclut la mine de sel et Auschitz....
