Once we'd accessed the correct tickets we were in. Bear in mind (as I kept forgetting) that the indoor scenes for Schindlers List were filmed in a studio ! The exhibition upstairs is about life under the German Occupation in Krakow. Harrowing as expected but interesting to hear in the cinema from people who actually worked there. Would be good if they opened more of it up to get the factory experience ? * had a very nice late Lunch in restaurant opposite !

Be prepared to be reminded ( quite vividly) of the Nazi atrocities. The experience is both enlightening and emotional. Given the current censorship ( no more free speech) in the US - it is a reminder to not capitulate.

The museum is outdated, most of the displays too small, or obstructed, or defaced to read. Also museum is poorly set up as it is not in chronological order. Very disappointed in the museum.

We arrived early for our entry time but was allowed to go in and it was great that we didn't have to wait in the queue. Was a little disappointed as we were expecting this to be more about Shindler, how he helped his workers, what they did in the factory and more about the factory itself, instead this is mainly an exhibition of photos and memorabilia of WW2. It was interesting but not what we expected.

Tour operators take all the tickets

I loved the museum and the contemporary art museum adjoining it. It was very moving. However, tour operators buy up all the tickets leaving regular people to wait in line for a long time. I felt bad when I saw how this played out. The museum should reform this practice.

ticket not delivered at the meeting point

I received an email with a voucher to exchange for tickets at the meeting point. At the scheduled time, no one from the company showed up. Luckily, we were able to get the tickets by choosing the option to contact the company. It was a regrettable situation, but the visit was excellent.

We paid our money to Viator. We arrived in good time. Complete mayhem and utter lack of organisation. Never allowed in! No Viator to sort it out. No agent to sort it out. Returned to hotel after wasting over an hour of our precious holiday time. Now wasting more precious holiday time, writing about it. Others had exactly the same experience whilst we were there.

This is just a normal ticket… there’s no line to skip so don’t let that be the selling point for you! It’s good but would be better with a guided tour to get full information. There’s a lot of information about WW2 so great if you’re looking to learn more.

Really enjoyed the history of the factory and the area of krakow. Was a little disappointed there wasn't more about the factory itself and would have loved to have seen a copy of schindlers list and maybe what happened to them

Basically there was no skip the line.we still had to queue up only to be told we had to wait outside for a man to come with the tickets.15 minutes later in the burning sun someoneone cam with the tickets and we had to queue again.Viator will not refund our tickets and never reply to my e-mails.Also it's cheaper to buy ticket inside.

If you are visiting Krakow then you must visit here, it takes approx 1hr to complete a visit. We opted for a non-guided tour, although this allows you as much time as you need at every exhibit or to wander round at your own pace, I do feel you lose out on the extra knowledge from a tour guide. If you buy a skip the line ticket in the form of a voucher, you will need to wait outside until approx 5mins before your entry time when a representative with issue you with your entry ticket. Do not arrive too early as you will not be allowed to enter until your designated entry time and you have your ticket.

I was cheated by the operator. I warn people to stay away. In my case, Tickets were not provided to me and once at the site I had to buy new ones. Moreover, I also booked the salt mines with the same operator and they changed the time last minute and so I eventually canceled the tickets and a full refund was promised to me. but I still didn’t get My refund. Never in my life I’ve experienced such terrible service.

Using Viator has been terrible. The girl that supposed to deliver the tickets arrived 10 min late. And then there was a problem with the reservation of all people for 11:45 am. That was not registered in the system. So we need to buy again the tickets and Viator supposedly will send us a refund

Maybe I misunderstood but thought the experience was Schindlers factory however .. only 2 or 3 references to him at all and no evidence if factory in tour... exhibition of krakow under nazis was informative and moving hut could have been anywhere.. just not what I had expected

Ho fatto tutto da solo. Devi farti strada per sistemare i biglietti. Senza guida in Italiano. Gli spostamenti andata e ritorno, ti arrangi. Sapendo un po' la storia , poi ti emozioni per tutto quello che Schindler e i suoi più diretti collaboratori hanno fatto. Rispetto assoluto . E ti passa tutta la tensione accumulata per i vari inconvenienti

Secondo me avevo troppe aspettative. Avrei voluto vedere la fabbrica, ma ho trovato un palazzo moderno, e ho trovato un museo. Ma non cercavo questo. Ho chiesto l'audio guida in italiano ma purtroppo erano finite. Abbastanza deludente. Ben strutturato, ben arredato, ma dovrebbero cambiargli il nome, con la Fabbrica di Schindler non C entra niente. Un vero peccato
