Fantastic tour of the Krakow covering a lot of ground and history
Kristof (Chris) was fantastic, so knowledgeable and passionate about history and the stories from his city. I'm a nervous cyclist in crowded areas but he did a fantastic job with pacing and patience, so we were able to cover a lot of ground and knowledge on the tour. His timings were perfect, allowing us to arrive at places at good times to enjoy things (the trumpet calls over the market square, etc). Much of the biking was through parks and designated bike lanes, which made me a lot more comfortable. We all appreciated that his tour was so informative, and very well nuanced and honest. Two adults, two kids, we all had a great time (even in the rain - and we were thoughtfully provided ponchos).

Very informative quick...
Very informative quick tour of important sites in Krakow. We were able to see most things on the tour but were prevented from going a couple of places because of traffic restrictions due to an Ironman event being held in Krakow that day. Our guide was friendly and informative. Great way to get the lay of the land, then you can decide what to spend more time on.

Adrian is the best!
Our trip to Zakopane was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The scenery was breathtaking, the activities were so much fun, and it was the perfect way to experience the beauty and culture of Poland.
A huge thank you to our tour guide, Adrian, who made the whole day even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable, organised, and shared so many interesting facts throughout the trip. On top of that, he had such a great sense of humour and kept everyone laughing, which made the journey even more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he really helped create such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kraków. If you’re lucky enough to have Adrian as your guide, you’re guaranteed a memorable day full of laughs and amazing memories. Thank you for such a brilliant experience!

Victoria was very communicative. She was also knowledgeable about the history of Krakow during the various phases of this historic city and told us many interesting things during the tour. Everything was very smooth and the tour is highly recommended.

Great introduction to Krakow!
Excellent introduction to Krakow! Not long after arriving by train, we set off on this bike tour with Zoey. She was a great guide and gave us detailed information at each stop. We covered all of the major sites around Krakow and learned more than we ever knew about this lovely city. Zoey was so understanding when we had a mix up with the start location and came to get us. We were allowed to select the bike most comfortable for us. She gave good instructions and always watched for our safety. I recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the city and get some fresh air!

Krakow
Our tour guide was Christopher and he was fantastic. He met us at our Airbnb and he was so knowledgeable about the history of Krakow. We really enjoyed all of the stories and the historical perspective of Krakow. You should definitely visit beautiful Krakow and request Christopher as your tour guide!!

Auschwitz's Tour
Our visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum was a very moving and memorable experience. We felt fortunate to find a last-minute opening for the tour. The small van with only seven guests made the experience much more personal and comfortable. Damien, our tour guide, warmly greeted us and made us feel welcome from the start. The drive from Kraków was beautiful, and Damien was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the tour. Despite the somber atmosphere, he handled the experience with professionalism, respect, and compassion. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Poland.

Great and sustainable tour
This is a great way to see the city to get an idea of where things are for future exploration or, like us, if you only have a short time in Krakow. Natalia was an excellent guide and driver. She was both knowledgeable and humorous. Combined with the prerecorded audio we got a good history of the city areas. The tour allowed time for stops at various sites and we got to see the fire breathing dragon! Would very much recommend this tour.

Excellent start to Krakow visit
I booked a private tour for me and my wife and we enjoyed it very much. Our guide Joanna was very knowledgeable and showed us around the old town, explaining the key locations and history of the the area. We explored the back streets, the main square, stopped to see the hourly trumpeter at the top of the tower in the main square and finished the tour at Wawel Castle. Throughout our 3 hour walking tour, Joanna explained the history and significance of the places she showed us, such that when the tour ended we had our bearings and were excited to explore Krakow in more detail on our own.
It was an excellent way to start our visit to Krakow.

Great way to get your bearings in Krakow
Paulina was our guide and was very upbeat, friendly and lovely to talk with. Good driver, too. This golf cart tour was a great way to get our bearings in Krakow. We are very pleased we booked this tour. Riding around in the cart is so much more pleasant than a bus. We were blessed with cool but sunny weather so we were very comfortable.

Not the best experience
Booked to be collected at one time (8am) and multiple messages getting earlier and earlier so ended up two hours earlier than originally scheduled. This seams to be a theme.
Driver … “drove it like he stole it” with all passengers commented on hazardous driving in inclement weather.
Although the guide was knowledgeable on facts and figures, felt rushed around each area in Auschwitz too large a group crammed into small areas at a time making visibility to displays poor at times so by the time you were trying to look at one , guide was heading to next area and already started commentary… There were people with disabilities who could not keep up with guide at multiple points making whole trip not very disability friendly. No chance to read any displayed informational fact boards in attempts to keep up with information.
I feel like another trip there was needed to see what was missed.
Auschwitz its self is very thought provoking and I feel it’s a place that everyone should visit.

Great Tour and Very Unique
Wow, great way to spend a “creepy” evening! Our guide was so interesting and we learned some history and true crime of Krakow. The tour went two hours although we had chances to sit and use WC. The stories were interesting and most of which you won’t hear on another tour.
