Our guide, Thomas, was truly fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire day. The snowmobiles were excellent, and we particularly liked the thermal pools. Thomas was a very knowledgeable guide and an experienced driver, navigating us through the snow without any issues. This experience was definitely worth every penny. Thomas's communication was excellent, and he even took pictures of us on the snowmobiles, which he later sent to us. We 100% recommend this tour and guide; you will not be disappointed. What an experience! We went yesterday and it was an amazing day. Our tour guide was brilliant (Thomas I think). He spoke very good English and told us everything we needed to know about all the places we visited. Wrap up warm as it is very cold. The snowmobiles were fantastic, we got around an hour on them, we ventured out to the Polish/Slovakian border on them. The thermal baths were so therapeutic aswell. We rented towels, had two cocktails and three beers and it was £22 all in. We were then taken back to our hotel around 11pm from 11am that morning. Absolutely exceptional day, I would do it over and over again. Thank you so much ! Shannon and Chris x

Thomas was perfect from start to finish even on the drive to the different locations was explaining some of the stories and legends of things we were driving past made the day absolutely perfect very friendly and just an all round great experience if you are thinking of doing anything like this please do it with Thomas you will not regret it for the experience I would have paid double the price Thankyou so much!!!

Absolutely fantastic tour from start to finish. The tour guide Trevor couldn't have been nicer . . The snow mobile was an experience to remember very adventurous as I was never sking before and the village itself was stunning. To finish our day we spent 3 hours in the thermal baths . Wat a relaxing way to end an amazing day ......

What an amazing experience!
We went on this tour on the second day of the year so traffic was insane. Our guide and driver went above and beyond to give us a memorable experience. The snowmobile tour is a must!
The only thing I think could be different is the starting time. The tour starts at 11 in the morning and we were back at around midnight. I would have preferred if it started earlier so we could be back before 10pm.

We were booked to do snow mobiling but not enough snow so did quad biking instead which was awesome although it was an extra 400 zloty for two to share a bike. Interesting to see the wooden houses and taste the cheese but the one we tasted was made with cows milk not sheep’s! Zakopane is pretty but I was surprised at how much stuff was prob imported from China and that they had an actual high street with normal shops! Maybe that was my fault thinking it was just a sleepy little village in the mountains. The thermal baths were a nice warm treat at the end but mostly jacuzzis. We definitely didn’t need 3 hours in here. Lunch provided would’ve been more value for money as the quads were extra ok top!

Thomas our guide was brilliant from start to finish. He pointed out lots of historical places and fun facts of the places we visited and recommended places to eat in Zakopane. The quad bikes were worth the extra 400zl. It was nice to relax at the Thermal spa after a full day.

Honestly the best day that we’ve had and it was all thanks to our tour guide Thomas 😁 Thank you so much! We’ve had such a busy day with so much fun as well as learning so many new things. Amazing trip, very well organised! Thomas was very friendly & knowledgable, an all-round fantastic tour guide! We had so much fun on the quad bikes, and the snow capped mountains were a beautiful backdrop. Thomas went out of his way to take us to an extra view point 1100m above sea level (due to lovely weather conditions) & we travelled down on a chair lift- it was fantastic. Overall we loved it, would definitely recommend.

Firstly if I could rate this experience more stars I definitely would as the trip was a must do experience if you are travelling to Krakow. Thomas our tour guide and driver was very knowledgeable about the local area and the history around the wooden houses. He even WhatsApp messaged us the night previous with a full run down of the trip including times for pick up and information regarding the snow mobile. We already knew we had to pay 400PLN for rental, as it clearly advertised within the tour details. We were unfortunate with the weather as the snow wasn’t thick enough to rent a snow mobile and had to do the excursion using the quads. Again Thomas had explained this to us the night before so we already had an idea. We were initially disappointed with this as we booked the tour specifically for the snow mobiles however we feel we did not miss out at all on the experience. There was plenty of snow on the ground to get that winter wonderland experience. We drove through ditches, rivers and streams and had amazing view of the mountains covered in snow, it really was the best experience! The instructors where also very good with us as well giving us a full tutorial on how to use the quads, myself and my partner opted for a two seater quad and we swapped halfway through. We found the time in Zakopane could of been longer as by the time we found somewhere to eat it was already time to go back to the bus so didn’t get to explore the market stalls that we really wanted to do, but I suppose that was on us. The thermal baths was an experience, and really wasn’t us at all. We didn’t know what to expect really, it was very confusing and such a huge place. We opted to stay down stairs in the relaxation pools and saunas which was nice after a busy and long day. The upper floors where over crowded and packed which we didn’t like at all. Overall the excursion was worth it alone for the quad bikes, definitely look up weather and snow fall before booking as well if you want to experience the mountains in snowfall.

The instructors were very good and took care of our safety and ensured we had fun to.
We spent a couple of hours in the thermal spa, mainly in the outside upper layer.

It is the best thrilling experienced in my entire wholelife and it is my Birthday during this trip.My original booking is snow mobile but due to no snow they have to offer me Quad Bike.We enjoyed the Quad bike with my husband and even first timer we did it safely. I have mix feelings scared and excited but we did it .Our instructor Simon is very kind and helpful.He made sure that we are ok while we are following him.He is very patient and he ensures that we are all happy. I like all the video and pictures that he took from us.There is place that he will ask,all of us to stop and he will take video and pictures.Simon is excellent and the rest of the team are all great.Thank you as well to our driver Thomas for being patient for bringing us to different places with extra places to visit.I like the Thermal Pool as well, so much fun that we can relax after Quad.God bless everyone from Trinie and Fred from London.I will recommend this for everyone and the price is worth.Thank you everyone and the company Viator and we did it May 25,2024

Great tour guide providing extensive knowledge and a fantastic experience; from the snowmobiling to smoked cheese tasting and the thermal spa. On the side, we even had the privilege to meet Jan Zieder, a renown polish woodcarver and to observe his work. Worthwhile experience for any visit to Kraków.
