Little confusing finding the tour, after that it was great. Bus tour ride great driver/guide Kenny! Very funny jokes. Great glacial experience.

It was a great tour. The tour guide was very knowledge and very friendly. He showed us the important buildings in the area, and took us to the hatchery, Mendenhall glacier, and a whale statue. His jokes were corny but entertaining. The coach was very comfortable and have us a smooth ride. Really glad I took this tour.

Kenny was very knowledgeable and provided great narration on our tour. Seeing the salmon was a true highlight and the waterfall was indescribable! This tour is a must for everyone! Thank you!

It was a rainy day in Juneau but our tour with Kenny was nothing short of amazing! He kept us laughing and was very informative. He knew the history of Juneau very well. You could tell Kenny loved being a tour guide.

I would probably skip this tour and do their express tour to the glacier. They're highlights of Juneau wasn't all that great, tour guide just did stand up comedy the whole trip...

This is a great trip to take and very cost effective. The walk to the waterfall is paved and short and anyone could do it

It was just a bus shuttle to Mendenhall Glacier. We never got the driving tour that was advertised along with the trip out to Medenhall. We could have taken Uber for the same tour for 1/4 of the cost. The $387 for 3 people it cost us was absolutely not worth it. Buyer beware!

We want to be transparent about where your fare goes. Our pricing isn't just about getting from A to B—it's about delivering a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience. Part of your ticket covers required U.S. Forest Service permitting fees that allow access to this stunning, protected area. Add in commercial insurance (yes, it’s as thrilling as it sounds), driver training, maintenance, and the fact that our fleet includes brand-new, deluxe buses with climate control, panoramic windows, and comfy seating—and the cost begins to make more sense.
Could you find a cheaper ride? Maybe. But it likely wouldn’t include the same comfort, safety standards, or permits to actually access the best parts of the park. We believe in delivering value—not cutting corners.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed the glacier itself. It’s hard to put a price on a once-in-a-lifetime view—but we do our best to make the ride worthy of it.

The glacier was beautiful. The driver was very friendly and funny. But I think I would have liked to hear a little more history.

The tour was very good. Had a little bit too much time waiting for the bus at Mendenhall glacier only because it was cool out. But otherwise the scenery was absolutely spectacular!
M&M Tours was the company that provided us with the transportation to all the highlights. The driver, Kenny did a good job getting us to and from safely and he was very kind but we did not appreciate him trying to sell his CDs and personal photos on the bus. We felt that was inappropriate.
Overall, beautiful scenery, and enjoyed the experience
