Please meet us in our passenger check in location within the large blue Historic Merchants Wharf building. We are the only floatplane operator on the downtown waterfront, with our base just above the floatplane docks at the head of the harbor. We look forward to your visit!

A must do experience to see Glaciers properly and the magnitude of them. Great viewing from the plane and the pilot and commentary was informative and provided to the overall experience

A brilliant way to get a different perspective on the glaciers!
We were worried about the visibility / bad weather that was due to be in Juneau on the day (and it was overcast & rainy), however the flight is slightly further along the valley so wasn’t impacted by the weather. And I was reassured to see the provider’s guarantee (on their website) that they don’t fly unless the view will be good.
If you suffer from motion sickness at all, I’d recommend taking precautions as the trip can be a little bumpy (but still enjoyable!).

The plane tour was awesome! Brian was our pilot and he was full of information during the flight. We had some bumpy moments but he made sure we were all comfortable on the ride. 10/10 on this one and we would do this again.

Amazing experience, great pilots. Highly recommended! From start to finish, the operator was very helpful. They even pointed out the original time didnt fit in my cruises schedule so they rescheduled free of charge.

Amazing views. Our pilot would chime in with fun facts and personal experiences. Take off and landing was very smooth. Sea planes are awesome. Views of the glaciers breath taking. I never flew in a sea plane before but I always wanted to its such a cool concept and I like planes. Please book this of you want the best views of glaciers, mountains, waterfalls, snowy mountains and more.

100/10!!!! Will ONE MILLION PERCENT do this tour again. One of my friends is going to Alaska in 2 weeks and I made his whole party book. The flight was so much fun. We had seen the Glacier from a boa that morning, but, from the air is totally different!!!! Trevor (pilot) was amazing. BOOK IT. Also, leaves right beside the cruise ships so easy to get to. Gift shop is cute and reasonably priced as well.

Amazing once in a life time experience. I know it’s expensive but honestly so worth the price. At first I was a little worried because the meeting point was a bit chaotic. The workers seemed stress trying to make sure people were checked in and assigned to the right groups. Each plane was also fully packed, but even so each person still gets a great and complete view out the plane. The windows are so clean, so you get the perfect view and the perfect pictures. The ride was so smooth and you get to see so much in just 40 minutes. Our pilot was very friendly. An audio guide also played on the headphones, which gave some very interesting information. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic tour. This should be required. Check your cruise line’s price versus the Viator price. Viator’s price was half of the cruise line price.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pilot was knowledgeable and shared personal tidbits from his experience. This was the highlight of my trip and of a lifetime.

I was very nervous for this, especially being afraid of heights. Once we started I was good. It was hands down the best experience in Alaska. The weather was amazing and we got the best views. Would definitely do it again.
