Richard Company took the money for the last minute tickets at Alhambra and at the meeting point there was nobody. We tried to contact them in the Chat well ahead and tried to call may times - no answers and no Tickets! So we drove back 2 hours without being able to see the Alhambra from the inside. I will claim back my money (more the € 300,-) and hope for all Viator users, that Viator will make Richard Company reliable.
