We saw mixed reviews but gave it a chance, and thank god we did! Best way to get last minute tickets ! Make sure when you go to the Alhambra that you use the PDF codes for tickets not the apple wallet vouchers. Overall, for us, it was a great experience and got tickets at least 5 days ahead of time. I will say though that you do not get to select the time , but again, for us we did not care . That’s one thing to be careful of.

Alcaczaba is temporarily closed since the earthquake until further notice where tour advertises with it still - which isn't great. Description should reflect that.

The alkazabar is currently closed.Didnt receive my tickets till the day before after phoning viator as I needed to know what my timed entry to the palaces was.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few important points, as some of the information mentioned in your review is not accurate.
The tickets and all the relevant information were sent to you more than one month in advance to the email address provided at the time of booking. Unfortunately, it appears that the email was not checked, although the tickets and information had been sent within the agreed timeframe.
Regarding the Alcazaba, the closure was due to the earthquake and was therefore completely beyond our control. This was an exceptional and unforeseen situation, and we regret that it affected your experience.
We understand that unexpected changes can be frustrating, but we believe it is important to clarify these circumstances so that other customers have an accurate understanding of what happened.
We were 8 mins late and missed the tour but caught up w the group at the scheduled time to get in to the palace. The guide REFUSED to assist us in getting our tickets. Told us they were at a place that was closed a 15 min walk away. We waited time and energy trying to locate them after she lied. All while he had every one else's tickets ON HER PHONE and refused to allow us to have ours scanned. I understand they cannot wait if you are late, however we PAID FOR THOSE tickets and were at the meeting time for entry so there was no reason for us to not be assisted. Terribly upset.

Our experience is a self-guided visit with an audio guide. We do not provide an in-person guide or tour leader, and there is no guide meeting guests or holding tickets on a phone.
Additionally, all entry tickets are sent to our customers in advance before the activity, so guests receive their own tickets directly and do not need to collect them from a guide.
Based on the details in your review, it appears you may be referring to a different provider or tour. If so, we kindly ask that you review the booking details and consider updating or removing this review so it is associated with the correct experience.

Booked tickets then was asked when do we prefer to come in: morning or afternoon. We ended up with tickets for 19:00 which was actually in the evening and too late for us as we needed to go back to the boat. Vendor could not change the time. They did not let us in sooner at the castle. Disappointed

To accommodate your request as best as possible, we contacted you regarding your preferred time, and tickets were issued based on the available slots at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, entry times are controlled by the venue and cannot be changed once issued, nor can visitors be admitted earlier than their reserved time slot.
We understand your disappointment and regret that the available entry time did not align with your cruise schedule. We always recommend booking further in advance whenever possible, especially during periods of high demand, to ensure a wider choice of entry times.
Everything went well and we enjoyed our day. Was a bit worried that having taken my money something would go wrong and we would not be allowed in but all went smoothly. Thank you.
The visit by itself was very good, unfortunately I paid $ 177 for two people with audio guide through Viator and after several confusing emails from them I ended up visiting Alhambra without any audio guide which normally costs only $44 for two people . Agent from Viator explained that they have a lots of people working for them hence the inflated price. Audio guide was missing because they sent the link to it late. Overall I would suggest to explore different options before committing to Viator.

The price of your booking reflects the complete service purchased through the platform and is not solely the cost of the monument entrance ticket or the audio guide itself.
We always encourage customers to review the messages and booking information sent before their visit, as they contain important details required to enjoy the experience.
Greeting the tickets was a great saving Grace as I had left it late. The collection point was Puerta Justicia which was not a good place to start the tour. The main entrance would have been a better place to start. You need to warn people about the potential queue to enter the Nazrid Palace, which was thirty minutes in the Sun and 35° heat. Otherwise I enjoyed the visit very much and the website was easy to navigate. The audio tour could do with a little more information but it was also easy to use. Would definitely recommend the website.
Tickets gave us access to all areas of the Alhambra all day. We appreciated the early time to visit the Nasrid Palaces at 10:00am. Audio guide on our own phones was ok as we were unable to book a local guide. Early booking essential for that tour.
It was so easy to walk in and than I could go out and back for Nasrid Palace.
Contact with Viator was perfect
The Nasrid Palace tickets sell out weeks or months in advance. This provider managed to source tickets for us a couple days before at a very fair price.
tickets were extremely overpriced and the audio guide not worthed-hard to navigate, brief, not interesting info. Definitely visit Alhambra, with a different service provider.

Although it is not the cheapest, it is a good option for travellers who didn’t book a ticket far enough in advance (1-2 months before). As my trip was quite spontaneous but I really wanted to see the Alhambra, this experience made it possible for me to visit it only 2 days after booking; even the Nasrid palaces, for which it is usually very hard to get a spot. It was a beautiful experience and with the audio guide, you are flexible with the time you spend at each location. I got the ticket, time slot for the Nasrid palaces (which you can’t change) and the confirmation the evening before I visited it, which was nice, so I could plan my day accordingly. Would definitely recommend, if you really want to see the Alhambra and Nasrid palaces but didn’t book the tickets early enough.
Amazing!!! Absolutely incredible. We tried doing the midnight trick to get tickets but didn’t work, so these guys were amazing!! Sooo worth the money for a probably once in a lifetime trip, 100000% recommend getting these if you didn’t book months in advance.
Do not use this web sight I booked tickets and though no fault of mine couldn’t go on the tour as they failed to send me the QR code for my phone and when I went to ticket office he said not another one you should have booked directly with us so all the way from England just to see this and now they are refusing to refund any money let this be a lesson for everyone as I will definitely not use them again

However, we would like to clarify that all booking documents and tickets were successfully sent to the email address provided at the time of booking approximately two weeks before the tour date. The tickets were attached to that confirmation email and were available prior to your visit.
Our support team also reviewed the case and confirmed that the documents were delivered correctly. Unfortunately, as the tickets had already been issued and sent in advance, we were unable to classify this as a supplier-side failure.
We always recommend checking both inbox and spam/junk folders before travel, and contacting us in advance if any documents appear to be missing so we can assist immediately.

The most impressive building I’ve seen in Europe. Saw the gardens and the palaces. The Nasrid Palaces were amazing. Well kept, beautiful vistas, not too crowded. Difficulty with the audio link once I side the building but knew the history.
After being cancelled by another tour group at the last minute, aviator came through in spectacular fashion. Thank you Daniel!

Unless I’m an idiot (possible) the audio guide is impossible to follow, not in sequence at all and few rooms/areas have signposts or names. If the only way to visit perhaps worth it but not for €75!

Regarding the audio guide, we understand it may sometimes feel difficult to follow, especially as the venue layout and visitor flow do not always follow a strict sequence and some areas have limited signage. The guide is designed to allow visitors to explore at their own pace, though we understand this format may not suit everyone.

Booking on Viator was quick and easy. We booked, and Viator confirmed, our tickets to the Alhambra, including the Nasrid Palaces, less than two weeks before our visit. We thought we weren’t going to see the entire Alhambra, booking our tickets less than two weeks before our visit, but Viator got it done.
I only booked this experience two days in advance, which I now know is a big no-no! My cab driver from the airport joked that „first you book your tickets for the Alhambra, then you look for flights“. Now I know. I didn’t know until the day of the visit what was happening and woke up to an email containing my ticket. I was elated and the Alhambra is just as spectacular as everyone says. The audioguide was perfect for me, navigation was easy and I generally prefer not being part of a big group.
I was very nervous about this as I wasn’t convinced our tickets were going to arrive, but they did as promised the evening before and we were given a good time slot. The Alhambra itself was everything I hoped it would be and more.
Very nice experience. We enjoyed all places.
Unfortunately there was no audio guide like shown in the package.

The Viator representative who assisted us was a wonderful person. We are very grateful to them for their help. Alhambra is a very large area, so visitors should check which parts they can visit with their ticket and make sure to follow the signs.
We feel fortunate to have secured this late booking and it was an enjoyable and interesting experience. We had a 1900hrs timed visit to the Nasrid Palaces and this was well worth the wait.
Arrive early, wear comfortable shoes, ignore the guides at the front. Lots to see a few eating areas Cafe type.
We didn’t realize how quickly the Alhambra sells out, so we were incredibly grateful that this company was able to secure tickets 10 days prior to a date that was otherwise fully booked. Having access to the Nasrid Palaces meant we could truly experience every part of the Alhambra, which made the visit even more special.
Their communication was prompt and clear throughout the process, and they were very helpful in providing all the details we needed. Everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended!
It was amazing! They sent us the tickets 15 hours before the trip and all worked perfectly. We had the chance to visit all the monuments without any problem, with full access to Nasrid Palaces. The service was amazing. Highly recommended for last-minute tickets with a competitive price.
