Very difficult to find direction for where to start audio guide. We ended up walking around it with no audio guide. A bit disappointing. Need for sign posting in English. Struggle to find someone that spoke English to help us.

Never book an entrance for Alhambra with Viator. They didn't deliver the tickets on time and did not respected their own contract to give you back the money if the they don't confirm the tickets within 48 hours. Terrible customer service,just a standard message that it's not their fault but the local office didn't want to reimburse the tickets. The tickets were 180 euro for 3 people while the standard tickets are 22 euro per person. Even though I was hoping for some extra customer service,I didn't get anything but a cold sorry for the inconveniences. I will never recommend Viator.

I don't understand why people are giving bad reviews. My experience was perfect. I was able to go to Alhambra when basically no one can get any tickets. The instructions were very clear. The audio guide was useful. Obviously more expensive than an official ticket but for someone that wasn't able to get a ticket it's worth it. Very recommended!

Bring earbuds unless you want to pay $1.00 for plug in earbuds. Also the printed map they give you sucks, there are no numbers on the map to correspond to the audio number listed. Immediately after I paid i got an email saying it’s “pending” and they will let me know by Monday morning (when the admittance was supposed to be for) I immediately called the tour company 10 times and no answer, 2 emails and no answer. I had to know if indeed I was going to be able to get my ticket because there was no reason to spend another night on Sunday in Granada. Zero answer and finally at 11pm after I left Granada they sent the ticket. Viator refuses the refund and said too bad no refund.
