Very difficult to find direction for where to start audio guide. We ended up walking around it with no audio guide. A bit disappointing. Need for sign posting in English. Struggle to find someone that spoke English to help us.

The directions for picking up the actual tickets were very confusing.
Once inside, the audio program is not tied to any specific areas/spots inside to sync up what you are observing and listening to. Could be much better.

The communication about the tickets was terrible, I missed some of the palaces because when I got the last email to get the tickets I couldn’t open it instead would take me to propaganda so when I got to the Alhambra at 11 AM they almost wouldn’t let me in until finally someone asked me for my passport and looked for the reference number by that time 1220 the palaces were closed, I think Viator should’ve a rep at the sit to help with that here issues

The audio guide is a good service but it is not worth the $56 markup.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. You probably buy all the available tickets just to scam the tourists that want to see the Alhambra - magnificent place btw.

The Alhambra was wonderful but the instructions were nonexistent and we never found the audioguide. The tickets took a lot of digging to find which was not easy on a cell phone.

I don't understand why people are giving bad reviews. My experience was perfect. I was able to go to Alhambra when basically no one can get any tickets. The instructions were very clear. The audio guide was useful. Obviously more expensive than an official ticket but for someone that wasn't able to get a ticket it's worth it. Very recommended!

My tickets were late to arrive and instructions very poor. I was given entrance to the Alhambra at 8.30am but the palace entrance was 6.30pm. No details re collection of audio guide and I had call. No reimbursement for timings as promised as yet

Tickets were real and included a time for the Nasrid Palaces. I did not pick up or use the audioguide. Booking process was quick and easy and I got the tickets promptly (about 24 hrs after booking). Tickets were about 3x the price but that’s what I get for booking last minute!
Bring earbuds unless you want to pay $1.00 for plug in earbuds.
Also the printed map they give you sucks, there are no numbers on the map to correspond to the audio number listed. It is better to look at the map through the app which follows the walking path and makes it easier to follow.
We wished we would have gotten a tour guide instead.🫤

Easy booking system. The portal guarantees tickets or refund within 48hrs and fair pricing. However no news after 48 hrs. Had to chase to get booking confirmed and didn't receive tickets until 11pm night before a 9.30am pick up, not so great. Easy pick up.
Need to improve 48hr plus communication so people know where they stand.
The voucher is for tickets valid from 8:30 to 6:00 pm with a 10:30 time to enter the Nasrid palaces. We picked up the tickets at Granavision at 9:15. After several attempts to download the audio guide on our phones we we were unable to do so. Eventually we were offered the hardware for the audio guides. We were told the guides had to be returned by 12:00 pm. After quite a lot of pleading we were given until 13:30 to return the guides. This was not enough time to tour the Alhambra. We had to cut our tour short to return the guides. Why is the ticket valid until 6:00 pm but the audio guides must be returned much earlier? We did not see all the Alhambra and request a refund on the ticket cost. Thank you.

The Alhambra is amazing. Unfortunately I hadn’t booked my tickets far enough in advance. I tried 2 dates with them and 1 cam through. So it cost me more than face value, a bit of insider activity like TicketMaster, but there you go. I didn’t use their mechanical audio guide but they offered a free downloadable version which was fine.
Ahlambra is extraordinary, and certainly a must see while visiting Granada. Booking through Viator worked well, abd the audio tour is great.
I selected rhe option to visit the Alhambra at 3:30 pm expecting that to the time for the Nazarin Palace. Confirmation from Viator also reflected that time slot. It was only until the day of the visit when the tickets were sent, was the allocated time slot ( 7 PM) indicated. While it was still an OK time to visit, I would have preferred knowing that when booking.
Also, save yourself the aggravation of dealing with huge ticket markups by buying your tickets early from an official site: a 400% markup is simply abhorrent.

I received the ticket and when I went into the complex each ticket was with a visiting date my for the day 28/06 13:30 and my wife's for the day 29/06 for 13:00. My hotel reservations were scheduled for this visit I arrived on 27/07 and the departure was at 12:00 on 29/06.
