I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this tour. Our guided tour was confirmed, but on the morning of the day before the visit, the operator suddenly told us it would not go ahead as booked because there were not enough participants. This was never clearly disclosed in advance on the booking page. By that point, it was no longer realistically possible for us to book another equivalent tour, especially because our tour date was our last day in the area. We were then pushed to choose between paying extra for a private tour, changing to another day, canceling entirely, or going without a guide for only a small refund, while also being told to respond quickly or the entrance tickets might no longer be available.
What made this even worse was what we discovered afterward. The PDF tickets did include the actual ticket price, but it was shown in white text and was very difficult to see under normal viewing conditions (The operator deliberately tried to hide the real ticket price). After checking carefully, the ticket amount turned out to be only €12.00 per person plus €0.73 commission, so €12.73 per person and €25.46 for two people in total. The tour guide was lovely however she had a strong accent which made it difficult to hear what she was saying and speaking quite fast. We also had to wait while everyone went to the toilet and then another couple forgot their passport so that was another delay. When the tour finally started the Alhambra was spectacular.
