The small group tour of the Alhambra Granada was definitely worth the money. Georgia who led our group was very interesting and knowledgeable. The Nasrid Palaces in particular were amazing and the General Life Gardens were beautiful and welcomely cool in the heat. Unfortunately we visited just after an earthquake and the fortress was closed for safety reasons as well as a couple of rooms within the palaces however this did not spoil our enjoyment of the afternoon. Highly recommend

This is one of the better experiences I’ve had on Viator. I have purchased many experiences and this one was outstanding. We did the 9 AM tour, which was perfect to beat the heat in September. Our guide was one of the best I’ve ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and conscientious of the entire group. Would very highly recommend.

Overall, this was a very good tour. Sam was very patient and answered all our questions with a great sense of humor. He also showed us many interesting details and different areas inside the church and the palace. Overall, I highly recommend this tour to others.

Get to the correct entrance which is difficult to find or your guide leaves without you. We paid almost £100 each. No one working here was happy to help us catch up with our guide even though we were only 7 mins late going to the incorrect meeting point. We were told to run for 10 mins to the correct place. I'm 69 yrs old just had a heart operation nearly two weeks ago. So almost had a heartattack running, then to be told after asking several guides (who were so unhelpful wasting more of our time

I rang Viator to ask about which tour would be best for a wheelchair user which I am. I booked the suggested small guided tours group. When we arrived the guide said I would miss 25% of the tour which is fine, it is an old building. During the first hour our guide showed us where we would be going on a model and we set offf, us in one direction and the others another because of steps. Fine, but we waited quite a while missing the guides commentary as we were out of range. We met up again for a short while and then were sent off to meet up again. It had then been over 1 hour of a 3 hour tour! We then walked a while and had a loo break before the fort which was not accessible so I sat for another 25 minutes. We then went on to the 5 palaces where I got out of my wheelchair as much as I could otherwise I am not sure what information I would have got from my guided tour. I would suggest Viator do not suggest a small guided tour for a wheelchair user, it was a waste of money. Our small guided tour was 23 people!

The Skip the Line tour of the Alhambra, palace and gardens was excellent. The guide was pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. He guided us through and helped smooth the way through the entry points. Highly recommend!

I woke up texted her. The moment I woke up two hours before the tour she did not answer. I called her an hour before the tour to ask her if it was still happening because it was raining and thundering. She still didn’t answer. We left the hotel we were on our way. There’s a bunch of traffic we reach out still not answering us. We contact support. They tell us that she’s at the meeting spot still waiting for us and that she will be there when we get there. We arrived at 12:15. The tour started at 12 we arrived. She wasn’t there. We contacted support again and they told us that she left us. She didn’t wait so she told us one thing and then decided to do a different thing and leave us behind. And she decided to message us after she had left not directly after but an hour later saying that we have to do the tour on our own. She didn’t call us ahead of time to ask us if we were still coming. She just ignored us completely.

Entendemos su enfado, pero el tour salio a la hora indicada, desde el lugar indicado y en el idioma indicado.
Usted solo tenia que estar allí 15 minutos antes, como indicaba en su bono y todo hubiera sido perfecto, como con el resto de personas.
Nos hubiera encantado que hiciera la visita con nosotros, pero llegar esperarle casi 20 minutos era una falta de respecto para la gente que llevaria esperando allí ya 35 minutos y poner en riesgo la posibilidad de entrar para el resto, ya que las horas son muy estrictas.

Aitana is an excellent tour guide! Her pace was perfect for our small group and she was a wealth of information about everything to know about the wonders of Alhambra. We had plenty of time to take photos and ask questions. I highly recommend to go and see the place as it is truly magnificent.

We really enjoyed this tour and having the history and context of what was happening before, during and after the Alhambra was built. Gloria gave the perfect amount of information. Although it was a longer tour relatively speaking (3 hrs), it was definitely at the right speed and pace with a pause for a water and/or restroom break. The palaces and the gardens are just phenomenal to see. I’m really glad we did it!

This is was a great experience. The travel guide was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour but make sure it is the last tour because it probably the best one out of all of the Andalusia sites and landmarks.
