Excellent tour! Our guide, Georgia, was absolutely wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She kept us on time without rushing. Definitely recommend going first thing in the morning. Thanks for the great memories here!

Aitana is an excellent tour guide! Her pace was perfect for our small group and she was a wealth of information about everything to know about the wonders of Alhambra. We had plenty of time to take photos and ask questions. I highly recommend to go and see the place as it is truly magnificent.

We really enjoyed this tour and having the history and context of what was happening before, during and after the Alhambra was built. Gloria gave the perfect amount of information. Although it was a longer tour relatively speaking (3 hrs), it was definitely at the right speed and pace with a pause for a water and/or restroom break. The palaces and the gardens are just phenomenal to see. I’m really glad we did it!

If you do not visit Alhambara while going to Granada then it is a waste of travel

This is was a great experience. The travel guide was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour but make sure it is the last tour because it probably the best one out of all of the Andalusia sites and landmarks.

Andrea was our guide, absolutely fantastic. She gave us an in-depth history of the Alambra and palaces. She is so passionate about this beautiful Unesco site - it was contagious! Vaness J. Ordonez was FANTASTIC! She engaged all 20 members of our group making everyone feel comfortable, patiently answering questions, keeping us on track to see all that Alhambra has to offer and showed us AWESOME picture spots. Enjoyed the afternoon. Very accommodating and would recommend this tour company. The meeting place was at the main entrance. We walked and gps had us go up the back entrance, so we did have a bit of trouble
Finding the location, but everyone was very helpful in providing directions to the main gate.

Be prepared for plenty of walking, and trust me—it's worth every step. Bring a refillable water bottle, as fountains are conveniently located throughout the grounds, making it easy to stay hydrated while exploring this vast and breathtaking site. Our guide, Arturo, truly elevated the experience. This was a 3-hour walk within the Alhambra with a super knowledgeable guide (Georgia) who brought this incredible monument to life! Book well in advance, take water, and wear comfortable shoes— prepare to be awed by the beauty of the palaces, the views from the Alcazar, and the verdant Generalife gardens. The Alhambra is incredible and there is always more to ponder and marvel at. Take your time here.

Make sure you arrive in plenty of time, we were a couple of minutes late and they left without us, there was no communication as to whether we could still use our tickets or if they had been left for us, dissapointing as i tried to contact the guide but was ignored

We had an amazing guide, knowledgeable fun and very considerate towards the groups interests and requirements. We had a lovely small group so that too made it really nice, however for a small group we paid a premium. However the operator ( the company providing the tour) was unfriendly and customer service was very poor. We had booked 2 tickets one of our friends was unable to make it due to an emergency and we wanted to simply change the name for another person. we called the operator 24 hrs before the start of the tour but they told us that apparently they need to send the names to the government hence at such short notice changes can't be made. However 6 hrs before the tour we bought another ticket and this time apparently the government was not an issue. They were clearly lying and I checked with others changing the name is pretty simple and very much possible.SO by all means go ahead with this tour but not with this operator. We also called up Viator to help but though they were friendly the could not convince the operator. This operator is definitely not to be used and since there are many tour operators offering the same activity pl choose wisely. It's only under such circumstances one realize what service can be expected.

Great tour. It was a very hot day but our guide did a great job keeping us in the shade where he could, while sharing his knowledge of the Alhambra.
The palace and whole fort is stunning. We learnt a lot about Spain’s history, both of the royals and religion. Really pleased we took a tour instead of doing it ourselves.

Whilst you can visit again after the tour you are not allowed back into the Nasrin palace. Carlos our guide was very knowledgeable and painted a really good picture of history. Weaved really well.

Today we toured the Alhambra with Andrea. She was so pleasant and SO knowledgeable about the grounds and the history. Our friends did an independent visit and said "it was pretty, but I don't know what I saw." Ifelt bad that they spent 3 hours without learning anything. We cannot recommend this tour enough!

Excellent small group tour of Alhambra and Generalife precinct, led by Andrea who was passionate, knowledgeable and engaging. The tour goes for 3.5 hours, so take a snack and water. The tour was great, but the directions as to where to meet the tour leader were very vague, and it was quite stressful not knowing where to meet. It was actually in front of the main ticket office, but Viatour did not communicate this, and the map location they sent showed the wrong location. It was just luck that I overheard the tour group organiser say our names!
