We booked a private tour for a party of three. Eduardo was an excellent guide. Extremely knowledgeable about the history of the Alhambra. I’m so glad that he was our guide as he made the experience all the more memorable.

Auxi was our guide and she was fabulous! She is very knowledgeable about everything we saw and took her time to make sure we understood everything we were seeing.
She also gave us some terrific recommendations on tapas bars, a restaurant and a flamenco show. She even made reservations for us. A great tour and even a better guide. Highly recommend!

The provider is not reliable, I bought the tour clearly including the Nasrid palaces but the tickets didn’t have them. It was of course impossible to get tickets for the palaces on the same day and when I reached the provider they never responded.

Thy canceled my tour a night before my tour and on paid 1300 dollars for 4 adults and now waiting for my refund. Never trust these guys as they spoiled my entire vacation in Granada

Maria took good care of us and was attentive to my safety on some treacherous & steep stairs. She seemed knowledgeable about the history of Alhambra but her English was limited and I am not convinced she was able to communicate as much as she knew.
All things considered though she was a good guide and had many suggestions about how we could spend our time after the tour. Would recommend this tour.

Honestly, I am shocked to have even been given a feedback form since Viator did not manage to even honor our very expensive private tour of the Alhambra claiming just a few hours before, that no tickets were actually available. And now we receive a feedback form to tell them how satisfied we are with the tour (that never happened)?? This was particularly shocking given that Viator had already canceled on us the day before.
Prior to traveling to Granada, we had originally booked Alhambra tickets online with Viator with a guide as part of a group visit and at 11pm the night before our 9:30 am tour, we received a phone call telling us that there were no tickets available at the booked time and that they would try to find us another slot. The next thing we knew is that they had canceled our booking completely. Since we were in Granada as a family with three children with the Alhambra being the main purpose of our visit, we scrambled to try and find an alternative tour. We found an expensive private tour that seemed to still be available according to Viator only to get canceled again. We therefore left Granada with no possibility of visiting the main site we were there to see. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, and although we understand that the ticketing situation of the Alhambra is very complicated, companies such as Viator need to be more upfront in explaining the process instead of letting you pay and book something which is not actually guaranteed as they are ‘hoping’ they find tickets when you reserve through them. The only thing mentioned in the terms and conditions is that the time may be approximate. That was not our experience at all. They are supposedly at least refunding us in full. We will be closely checking this.

The time of our tour was changed from 2pm to 11am at the last minute. Fortunately we were able to change our plans as well but not a good look for the company. Our tour guide however was excellent and thorough and we enjoyed his expertise.

Very poor service and communication from Viator and the Tour Operator. Confirmed tickets were available and then 30 minutes after receiving payment said no tickets available. Booked for the next day, but tour operator refused to send new confirmation. Also lied to Viator about trying to contact me to request additional information for the tickets. Was supposed to receive tickets to Alhambra including the Nasrid Palaces. While on the tour, informed that we did not get the Nasrid Palaces even though it was on the original confirmation. I will say that our tour guide, Nico, was awesome but dealing with Viator and this tour operator was a nightmare, especially considering the outrageous price ($330 / ticket). Find another, more professional tour operator than this one.

Excellent tour guide (Auxi), very informative and interesting tour. Beautiful gardens and buildings. We are in our late 70s and early 80's and were quite tired by the end of our 3-hour tour. Bring water, wear a hat, don't forget your passport!

I booked this private tour b/c I had forgotten to book tickets to Alhambra before we left New Zealand. BEST MISTAKE I COULD HAVE MADE.
Our guide María was so knowledgeable that it was like having a personal (and friendlier) encyclopaedia walk us through all of the amazing buildings and gardens.
I cannot sing her praises enough. She answered all our questions (and we had a lot). She quickly picked up on what we were interested in would elaborate at a level we could appreciate.
I wish I could give her more than five starts. HIGHLY recommend María.

We have paid 480 € for two tickets. They promised that we'll have also the entrance to Nasrid Palaces, but that was an obvious lie. Avoid at any cost.

This was a spectacular experience and one of the highlights of the trip to Spain. Absolutely make a pilgrimage to Granada and see Alhambra if you can. Our guide Carolina was so great! She had lots of knowledge and passion about the city and the history of the Alhambra. The tour was private, so it was just our group and the guide. Highly recommended tour and guide and if we hadn’t gotten the tour, we would not have been able to even get tickets. They found them for us the morning the of tour on short notice. Highly recommended!
