The meeting point is the map of steel front door of the Alhambra, near box office. You can climb on foot, in the C30 or C32 bus, taxi or the tourist train. Your guide will be carrying a white umbrella with logo "Nhue" You should be in the meeting point 15 minutes before starting time.

- This is a small group tour, with 10 adult aprox
- Once you are assigned to a group, it is not possible to change the language or the starting time of your tour unless Nhue Concierge staff has communicated you previously.
- The tickets you will be provided with are special tickets for groups. This means they are assign to the accreditation of your tour guide and they are not valid without such accreditation. Therefore, if you get lost during the tour or you decide to leave the group, you won’t be able to enter any of the different monuments (Gardens, Alcazaba nor Nasrid Palaces). We highly recommend you to follow your tour guide during the course of your tour and not to wander around by yourself.
- Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises.
- Travelers are required to wear personal masks and observe social distancing during the experience (1,5 mts)

The Alhambra was spectacular, but avoid this company.
Andrea was an amazing guide, incredibly informative, funny, and truly made the experience memorable. The Alhambra itself is breathtaking.
However, I am giving a 1-star review solely due to the company's terrible logistics and customer service. They changed our booked time just 3 days before the tour because the venue was closed, forcing us into a time slot where we could only see the Generalife. They offered no options, no support, were completely unhelpful, and made no effort to help us find a solution that worked with our schedule.
Definitely visit the Alhambra, but do not book with this company.

You willl learn a lot about Spain’s rich and varied history. The architecture and views are stunning. Enrique “Nono” led a group of 8 expertly with his easy, friendly manner.
The tour involves a fair amount of walking and some stairs. The white umbrella to look for was on the ground and had several logos/names. We initially booked our tour for 9 am but a week or so before the tour, we received a message that the tour was going to be at 11:30 am. It worked for us and there was less of a crowd on the half hour. (We were told the crowd tends to be a little less crowded on the half hour.)
Do it! It’s fantastic. Our guide was amazing, lots of information. Walked slowly for the 3 hour tour so it felt very manageable. The place is incredible. Nothing to complain about it was just a great experience.

Original 9am booking was cancelled and moved to 12 noon, threw our plans into chaos. They clearly merged two underbooked slots.
The gardens and palaces were so beautiful that our 3 hour tour whizzed by! Our guide was excellent and we learned a lot about the long history of the palaces and the people that lived in them over the centuries. Luckily the original decor wasn’t destroyed with the change of ownership!
Fantastic tour with Georgia! So knowledgeable and we learned a lot. Gorgeous scenery and would highly recommend this tour. Go early because it gets very hot. Also, inside fortress and one of the Nasrid palaces was not accessible because of the earthquakes two weeks ago. They did have damage but thankfully no one was injured.
Had a tour of the Alhambra with Nerea, and it was incredible. She was so knowledgeable, and was so charismatic. The time flew by. 10/10 would recommend.
The operator Nhue Concierge changed the time of the tour and I responded that I cannot make the changed tour time. Someone from Nhue Concierge informed me to contact Viator, through which I bought the tire from and I did. Viator stated they were reaching out to Nhue Concierge to confirm what I have stated even through I copied the Whatsapp texted conversation I had with Nhue Concierge. I then contacted Nhue Concierge staying that Viator is trying to contact them. Nhue Concierge Street that they are in contact with Viator. I don't know why it's taking so long to refund my money. So please be aware that the operator of this tour may change your tour time whether you like it or not and you have no recourse and will lose your money.
It was a complete disaster. We arrived just on time and The guide was not there at the meeting spot with a blue umbrella Nuher as noted. Looked everywhere, asked around other guides and ticket box. Normally the guide connects beforehand so we know their name and number to call. Usually they check in before leaving the meeting spot. I noted i was with an older person that walked slower, so the more the reason. I didn’t know were the left my tickets ( I had to go searching, finally at the bar) I never got a text a call - no word or next meeting point in tour. Missed all of it completely! I am very upset. Guide chose starting at bottom, so uphill ( instead of common sense downhill ) we moved fast to catch up, asked every guide we saw as well as, the entrance monitors in each area if they saw Nehur/ Viator group and no message was left with any of them! I demand my money back for the guided tour part for both of my tickets please. This lack of communication destroyed the experience, the running to catch up and never seeing or hearing from the group nor getting the historical value after traveling from so far away is un repairable. My older Mother really struggled for nothing and the guide never cared to contact us at all. We had no way to reach him/her, no name no number! Awful

Sentimos mucho su decepcion, pero en el voucher indica paraguas blanco, no azul y la compañia es Nhue, no Nuher.
Lamento que no nos encontrara.
Por otro lado, los tickets se dejan en el bar para las personas que llegan tarde, lo que me da a entender que llego tarde y además debió hablar con nosotros en algún momento, dado que sabia que tenia que buscar los tickets allí si llegaba tarde y eso no esta escrito en ningún lugar, se lo tenemos que decir nosotros.
Estuvimos en el lugar indicado, a la hora indicada y el tour se hizo como siempre, en el idioma indicado, como puede atestiguar el resto del grupo que estaba allí 15 minutos antes del tour.
Si usted necesitaba un tratamiento especial, debería haber contratado un tour privado y en ese caso, esto no habría ocurrido, pero en los tours regulares hay que adaptarse a todo el grupo y esto requiere cumplir con lo pactado en el voucher por ambas partes.

We couldn't find the meeting point. When speaking with the tour guide on the phone she was super rude. I asked her if we could meet her at some point along the tour, since it was a 3 hour tour (I'm certain the tour guide has a rough idea of what time they will be at which spot along the tour). She said no, yet sent me a pin of her location of where we should have met her. She could have sent me her live location, and I could have navigated. Very disappointing in the lack of flexibility. I by no means expected her to wait, however, we could have met her at some point over the 3 hours.

Usted habló con personal de oficina. El telefono de la guía es personal, ya que son trabajadores autónomos y no estamos autorizados a enviárselo. Además, durante el tour esta terminantemente prohibido coger el telefono, ya que están trabajando y es una falta de respeto para el resto de viajeros.
Aun así, tenga en cuenta que la alhambra tiene unas 16 hectáreas, el recorrido se aproxima a 7 kilómetros y cada uno de nuestros 50 guías hace el tour de diferente manera, con lo que difícilmente podemos indicarle donde va a estar.
Dicho esto, como indica en el servicio en viator y en su bono, llegar tarde es no show y pierde su tour.
Sentimos mucho que este descontento y no pudiese disfrutar del tour, pero son las normas.

This tour was fantastic. It felt complete yet concise. My husband and I learned SO much from Celia whose detailed yet simple explanations were captivating and educational. I felt sorry for the folks who were viewing the palace and grounds solo. They missed all the informaiton that made "The Red" come alive before our very eyes. She inspired us to do even further research after returning to our hotel. I HIGHLY recommend this tour and particularly Celia J!
The palaces and gardens were amazing. But do not go during Easter week, as some of the best places are closed. The tour is good and informative. Lots of walking and stairs.
Luiz was a great person to do the tour. As an art historian his knowledge was very insightful and informative
Shame on Viator and Nhue Concierge (the co. they contract with). I booked and paid for my Alhambra Tour more than 2 months before my cruise. In the week before, Nhue moved me to a tour a few hours later, which I couldn't do because of my schedule that day. This is effectively a cancellation, no? Viator and Nhue say no, which means I was out over $80 and didn't get to see the one attraction on everyone's MUST SEE list. Never book with Viator or Nhue Concierge. They can't be trusted to do right by their customers. Their customer support was inflexible.
Very well organized tour. We had a great English tour guide Christine. It is a fantastic place to visit.
This was an exceptional experience, in a small group (we chose the 10-person max, and there were 7 of us) with a very knowledgeable tour guide. She is an art historian and archaeolgist herself, so she was able to answer all our questions, give us a lot of information, but not overwhelm us.
This was my third visit to the Alhambra (over 20 years!), but the first with a tour guide. I definitely recommend it over an audio guide or just a guide book.
Our only frustration initially was joining the tour. We arrived in plenty of time, but there were many tour groups starting from the same point at the Alhambra entrance, and it was difficult to identify our group and find our guide. But after that, it was perfect!
Worthwhile to go in a tour; few have knowledge to appreciate site without expertise of a guide and you could easily get lost with multiple buildings and rooms.

When I booked my experience, I received a barcodes ticket which I took to mean I had the official ticket to gain entrance into the Alhambra. This was not the case. I did not know and nowhere was I told that when I met the company representative, she would then issue me with the paper ticket to gain entrance into the Alhambra.
I did not feel it was made clear that this would happen. I did not feel that there were clear instructions of where to meet as there are number of ways into the Alhambra.
In future I think that customers should be informed of exactly where to meet up not just an address for example outside the ticket office there would be a person waiting with a white umbrella . So everyone is perfectly clear where they have to go and that they need to collect their paper ticket from that person.
However, I have to say our guide Antonio was very, very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time explaining the history of the Alhambra. Making the information interesting and lighthearted. Ensuring everyone was engaged.
Mercedes is an excellent tour guide (English). She is very knowledgeable about Alhambra, Nasrid Palace and Granada.
Remember to bring your passport or drivers license as ID or they won’t let you in. I wish there had been a reminder sent since I booked this trip months ago. The woman at the meet up site stated that you need an ID to get in everywhere in Spain. I’ve been here for 3 weeks and it’s the first time that I was asked for ID.

Being guided through the entire Alhambra complex and learning about the history is a must! I recommend doing a morning tour if you are visiting mid-May through mid-October, as it gets VERY hot by 1pm
