Dissapointing and non existing service

I could have left a review, if Viator would have passed on the booking to the tour operator. We booked the walk online and also used the contact function to ask some additional questions. We never got any reply. In the description it stated we would be contacted by the tour operator for further details. Same here; they never contacted us. We tried calling the number they provided in the booking details, but no answer. We tried mailing; You guessed it, no answer. We contacted the tour operator directly through mail, they told us that they never received any booking. Scouring the internet, we found out that someone else had experienced exactly the same when booking a walk through Viator. My advice; book directly with Levada trekking, and not through Viator. Their service s**ks.
