Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. Cruise terminal pickup, The driver will meet you directly outside of the cruise terminal at the specified pickup time holding a name board with your name.

This service is available in 3 different types of vehicles, 1 to 3 adults travelling in a Sedan, 1 to 4 adults travelling in a Minivan, 1 to 8 adults travelling in a Van.
Not sure which service to book, please book the minimum of 4 hours service communicate your itinerary to the supplier who will advise the hours you require.
If the customers go over the set amount of hourly allowance or require additional hours. The additional cost for the extra hours will be available on the voucher once the booking has been completed.

This service will start from the set pickup time and will be completed once the passengers have been dropped off back at their final destination or have been informed by the passenger that they will no longer require the service.
On a 4 hour service the service includes up to 55 km and 6 hour service, the service includes up to 110 km from start to finish if going over or needing additional kilometres, the additional charges will be available on the booking voucher
If required pick up from the cruise terminal, please select the correct option at checkout
Service is only available for pick-ups from the Funchal Area and returns back to the same location. However, the driver is able to drop you off at a different location in Funchal, subject to the driver’s schedule.

This trip really met my standards. The tour guide was extremely knowledgable and this is a great excursion for anyone who wants to design their own itinerary. My only issue is that there are definitely cheaper options that provide a similar service. This company is very fixed you can't cancel even 5 mins after booking. So be careful. They also would not let me change the pick up time or alter the reservation in anyway. While our tour guide was great, the vehicle was clean and nice, and everything I set out to do I accomplished I wouldn't recommend this company.

Bruno was a fantastic guide! He gave us suggestions to make the most of our 7 hour trip. We were able to see most of the East side of the island. We had debated renting a car but agreed this was way better. We got to see more and learn history from Bruno at the same time.

Madeira had one of those rare ‘lousy’ weather days to greet ys; rain whereever n whenever we stopped! Christian (our driver/guide) never gave up, moved to avoid the worst of the weather and managed to show us around the island.. Much more than could havr been expected given the bad weather early on! Well Done and A Big thank you to Christian!!
