Jastino was incredible! We couldn't have asked for a better tour or a better guide if we tried!!! We had a perfect day with Francisco who was friendly, professional and informative every minute of the trip. When one of the view points was impossible due to the weather, he did not give up and found us another view point that was better for us to see. Everything was done with a smile and kindness. We would not hesitate to use your company again and we would request Francisco especially because he is the best guide we have ever spent a day with. Give him a raise, he deserves it :)

We had a really amazing time, it was me and my partners first time here in Madeira and this was definitely the best thing we did. Everything about the day from start to finish was amazing and Mauricio couldn’t have been a nicer person to take us on this tour. He completed catered the day for us gave us information on the best places to visit and eat and he was just a down to earth and good human being. Would definitely recommend anyone booking this tour as you 100% get your moneys worth.

What an exciting and fun filled day we spent with Justino! After visiting Pico do Arieiro we were able to help design the rest of our day. Justino, being a local, knew of the perfect viewing locations, a local lunch spot, swimming location, and fun off road routes to take us. We got to stop for fresh water running off the mountains, and a local traditional Santa house for a coffee liquor. I strongly suggest taking this tour as part of your Madeira experience.

Our tour and our driver/guide, Justin were fantastic. Justin was very knowledgeable, fun and immediately made you feel like your in for a great day. He is a very skilled and experienced driver for the off road adventures, which made you feel very safe in his hands and a patient and friendly driver in-city by waving to everyone and letting cars through without spot-hogging, which I think speaks a lot to his character. He patiently answered our dozens of questions with confidence, and stopped patiently (but safely) wherever we wanted to take pictures, he even went as far as suggesting fun picture ideas haha!
The tour itself was also very memorable. We booked the East tour with Justin first and went to every mentionable location and viewpoint and more! We had torrential downpours all day long, however our tour was still packed despite the weather as Justin took us to locations he thought we might like and always had a Plan B. We actually enjoyed our east tour with him so much, we directly booked the west tour with him for the following day and left feeling like we had a very good idea of the island. Can't recommend this tour, driver and company enough, 100/10!

Going to parts that coaches could not reach and having the freedom to enjoy the day at our on pace.
Our driver was thoughtful and gave us a lovely day.
What he couldn’t do was improve the weather but it didn’t spoil anything.

Mauricio was a friendly , humourous tour guide who sensibly adapted the planned tour to suit the day's weather conditions. He was an excellent driver and I felt safe at all times, even on steep, precarious tracks. We saw some beautiful parts of the island and heard about the different plants and old way of life for the Madeiran people. We also had an amazing lunch (not included in price) which was tasty and excellent value for money. An absolute must do trip.

The guide, Mauricio, is very knowledgeable about the Madeira island and its wonderful places, history, plant and animal life. Combine this tour with the West tour next day again with Mauricio and you practically don't need anything else in Madeira sightseeing-wise. You will get to see all the places that you need to see in Madeira even those that are inaccessible with a normal car, Mauricio's Defender makes all the worthwhile places accessible, and then some! :-)

Amazing tour with an amazing guide.
Maurício was very chill and flexible, and gives you lots of time to take pictures and look around places. He also offers to take cool pictures of you lots of times.
We saw very beautiful places, and it was a very nice experience to get there with a jeep! Definitely recommend this tour!

Eine schöne Rundfahrt über die Insel mit Halt an tollen Aussichtspunkten. Das angesteuerte Lokal am Mittag war okay, wir haben aber schon besser auf Maderia gegessen. Die Brennerei ist leider entfallen. Abstriche gibt es für die Hinterbank, hier waren die Gurte defekt und größere Menschen können hier kaum sitzen. Leider lässt sich hier auch kaum etwas von der Führung verstehen.

Hi there... sorry but you didn't do the Jeep Tour with Just Go Tours with Mauricio. Jeeps are in top condition. They don't have any defect, much less in the seat belts. The Jeeps are built by Land Rover for normal people, if in your case you are too tall and don't fit in the Jeeps.
I recommend that you take the Tours on a bus because they have high roofs. In my Jeep tours, lunches are not included, guests eat wherever they want. Our tours are not provided in German.
If you can please send me a copy of your ticket so I can check if it was on Just Go Tours company.
