Clear and focused tour of the highlights of the Uffizi. Chiara was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable. She really cared to share her knowledge in a clear and complete way. Left with a clearer and much more complete timeline and understanding of the history and techniques of the masters of this great city. I would definitely recommend Chiara.

This was a great way to see awesome art. Our tour guide, Guido, absolutely made our time so much more enjoyable. He was able to tell interesting stories about the art and it came alive for us. This is absolutely the best way to see Uffizi. Additionally, our guide recommended great places to dine in Florence and Bologna.

Our very knowledgeable guide (Anna) made the visit a very interesting time-travel by selecting various pieces (paintings and sculpture) of the main exhibition. She included professional explanations and anecdotes that made a very libely and unique tour of the museum.

Hello we had major train (track derailment ) delays and missed the Tour. Trying to get a refund or credit for future tours. So far unable to get satisfaction. Very disappointed.

Dear Customer, We do understand your situation. But when we reserved the guide, we had to pay and purchase tickets for you. So due to the cancellation policy, we couldn't accept the refund, because we had already arranged and paid for the necessary things for the tour.

Maybe Sir your visited lots of time, therefore you do not need to stay more time for paintings. But group guided tours; other people expect good explanations for every painting. First, the Uffizi was WAY bigger than I had ever imagined; I'm not sure how we would have explored it on our own. It was great having Pam take us around and show us the highlights. She had a ton of knowledge that she shared in a fun and interesting way. Pam was very accommodating to some special needs I have when dealing with large crowds and went out of her way to make sure my husband and I had an enjoyable experience! Would recommend for anybody looking to tour the gallery.

Our guide Guido was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the art and artists and took us to see all the popular works and then let us explore on our own. You can see all the main works in 2 hours and then enjoy the rest at your leisure.
